Volunteers began to climb in prayer as the plane they were boarding began to provide information if the plane was about to take off. Aqila unceasingly prayed to Allah that she would be given the opportunity to return to Indonesia in good health.
It could be said that the volunteer trip is now the first time in the history of Indonesia-Palestine. After traveling two days and two nights from Indonesia, finally 32 Indonesian volunteers managed to enter Gaza, Palestine.
The wait for certainty to enter Gaza is not a short time. For five years every effort was made to enter the blockaded territory. The licensing process, hearings ranging from the President of the Republic of Indonesia, Vice President of the Republic of Indonesia and Foreign Minister of the Republic of Indonesia also produced results. Released by the Governor of DKI Jakarta at Jakarta City Hall, these volunteers also left their homeland to Gaza.
The volunteers set off on Sunday and landed in Cairo at 02:00 in the early hours of Egyptian time. They then satirize with Mr. HF as Indonesian Ambassador in Egypt. The team led by Ir. Halim it.
The team said that their mission in Gaza is to continue the construction of the Indonesian Hospital, which is the second floor and the third floor, which is the mandate of the Indonesian people for the Palestinian people. The hospital, which was established in the Lahiya Temple in northern Gaza, is a symbol of friendship between Indonesia and Palestine. And also to make donations for people who need it there.
After dawn prayers, accompanied by the Cairo BRI team, the team headed to the Maaddiyah crossing dock in the city of Ismailiyyah, located not far from the Suez canal bridge.
The time taken by the team from Cairo to Rafah is fairly short, which is less than 18 hours. Unlike usual, people on similar trips should spend at least three days and three nights. The Egyptian military escort and coordination of the Cairo BRI became supporting factors for the short journey of the team.
During the journey Aqila and Dini did not move away from each other, even the two often joined hands because their hearts were equally pounding. The two did not forget to climb prayers and recite in order to be given safety in the land of Palestine.

At 12:00, contact breaks occurred for up to four hours between the Cairo BRI team and the team in Gaza. Passing through dangerous military zones, especially while in the Suez canal to the city of El Arish, the communication signal was completely cut off.

But Aqila paid no heed to it. He was still focused on dhikr in his heart in order to get through this journey safely.
Bang Candra, an Indonesian volunteer who has long settled in Gaza, said that at 17:00 he received a message via Whatsapp from the Cairo BRI team, who accompanied the volunteers. “We will just enter the city of El Arish, thank God,” fill in the message.
The town of El Arish is on the Mediterranean coast. The city became a destination for local and foreign tourists before 2011. However, it is different from the current conditions. No more tourists, even empty hotels without visitors.
A few minutes after the Maghrib Adhan, at around 18:33 Egyptian time, “I got the latest news that the entire team of first volunteers had arrived at Ma'bar Rafah crossing between Egypt and Palestine, Yes Allah Almighty has always been given convenience by Allah Subhanahu wata a'ala,” said Bang Candra gratefully.
Furthermore, 32 Indonesian volunteers and the Cairo BRI team are waiting for the administration process to coordinate with Egyptian Rafah Immigration officers who should have been closed at 16:00 local time. “Volunteers must pass the passport stamp process. Exactly at 22:30, with the permission of Allah and the prayers of friends in Indonesia the volunteers entered the immigration of Rafah, Gaza Palestine. They were welcomed by the Gaza Ministry of Health and other Palestinian officials,” Bang Candra said.
At 23:30, finally Indonesian volunteers managed to enter the courtyard and Guest House Indonesia. “Haru and thanksgiving coloring atmosphere in RSI court in northern Gaza. The team received a warm welcome from Gazans and RSI medical teams. In fact, patients also looked at each window of the hospital's inpatient room.
“For temporary volunteers you will stay in this hospital, sleep with a carpet or cage patient,” said Ir. Halim as team leader.
All the volunteers of the mangosteen sign understand. Aqila herself looked around. Maybe a little scared but how else should he be able to live here for almost 2 months.
Aqila looked towards Dini. He almost blew his laughter when he saw the frightened face of Dini and was reluctant to stay here.
“You sure La wants to sleep here?” ask Dini.
Aqila nodded.
“But the horror lo La,” says Dini.
“Udah do not think it mulu later you can not sleep lo,” said upset Aqila.

Finally all volunteers were sent to their respective places. The women were given two rooms that made 1 room for 6 women. And like Dini glue does not want to be separated by Aqila. Want to not want everything to allow Dini who is close to Aqila.
After arranging all the equipment they bring, they fulfill the obligations of Muslims in congregation. Yes, even if they have to wait in the bathroom. After the completion of the prayer they all went out to sleep immediately so that tomorrow their bodies fit back.
Next day.
Everyone had gathered in front of the hospital to have breakfast together. Ir. Halim also gave a small welcome first.
Aqila and Dini helped the women who started carrying trays containing typical Palestinian food.
“That's what La?” ask Dini.
“Come,” Aqila replied.
“Kok kek it anyway,” shudder Early look at it.
“Hus can't do that,” elbow Aqila.
Early only silent pout. He stared at the food in front of him without interest. Aqila herself excitedly gave to the people in front of her.
"Shukraan,” said the woman dressed in white with a black hood with a typical Palestinian face.
“Na’am,” saut Aqila with a smile.
Dini herself was confused as to what the two were saying.
“What did you say?” ask Dini.
“She said thank you yes I replied yes Din, jeez,” Aqila said patting her forehead.
“The name is I can not speak arabic,” grumbled Early.
“Yes learn,” says Aqila.
“Efu sayidati (excuse me),” say goodbye to Palestinian Woman and she nodded.
“Assalamu’alaykum.”
“Wa’alaykumsalam.”
Aqila and Dini also moved from her seat and joined the other female volunteers. Aqila took out the lunchbox and gave it to Dini.
Early opened it and he swallowed his saliva roughly.
“You know what the name of this food is La?” ask Dini.
“Tau,” saut Aqila.
Aqila raised her hand and prayed,
اَللَّهُمَّ بَارِكْ لَنَا فِيْمَا رَزَقْتَنَا وَقِنَا عَذَابَ النَّارِ
“Alaahumma barricade lanaa fiimaa razaqtanaa waqinaa 'adzaa bannar”
"O Allah, bless me in what You have provided me, and keep me from the torment of the goats." (HR.Ibn Sunni).
Finished praying Aqila looked at Dini who was still waiting for her answer.
“This is Hummus,” exciting Aqila.
“Hummus?,” reset Early.
“Yes, Hummus is the most legendary food in Palestine because it has been present in the Middle East for hundreds of years. This food itself has a soft texture and also smeared when it has entered the mouth similar to the texture of porridge in general. This food is made from several ingredients, including sesame milled, arabic beans, olives, salt, and also garlic. In addition, this food will be suitable if served as bread, chicken balls or meat,” said Aqila explained.
“Oh,” Dini nods her head.
“Come to eat,” invite Aqila.
Finally they made a simple breakfast. Although strange in their tongue but can be swallowed up because they are starving.
