The second morning in Brunei Darussalam is still a holiday for the two girls who are curled up in bed. After performing the morning prayers the two girls went back to sleep because they still felt tired.
Until the clock shows at 06:30 Aqila just moved out of bed. The girl sat herself down on the living room couch. Before he sat down he picked up his cell phone which he had ignored yesterday. He immediately turned on the wifi on his phone and before long thousands of incoming messages on his phone.
There were 63 messages on the green app. He immediately opened the application and a row of names had been draped there.
His eyes were fixed on the two names that existed in the past.
“What did they contact me for?” aqila murmured in the heart.
Somehow Aqila's finger pressed on the name of the person who had filled her heart 4 years ago. There are messages there.
“Assalamu’alaykum La”
“How are you?”
“Are you busy?”
“I'm sorry if I bother you”
Aqila closed her eyes for a moment she inhaled oxygen to hold back the tears that had inexplicably pooled.
“It turns out I'm no more like a woman who hasn't moved on,”.
He placed the phone on the table and covered his face with both palms. He cried memories of 4 years with the same man were still there. Even his heart still had a hint of love stain for the man who had already betrayed him.
“What's La?” His voice surprised him.
“Gakpapa Din,” reply Aqila.
“You sure?”
“Yakin,” say Aqila while forcing a smile.
“Ya already.” He puts his shoulder out. “So today?” continued.
“So dong,” sahut Aqila with an already excited voice.
“Where are we going today?” ask Dini.
“Yesterday David recommended us to the Royal Regalia Building,” said Aqila.
“Alright but is it just to one place?” ask Dini.
“Ya dong not, we will go to Malay Technology Museum as well, continue if there is time we stop by Gadong Night Market to taste typical culinary Brunei,” said Aqila.
“Wahhh steady yaudah let's get ready,” invite Early.
In spirit Dini walked out of Aqila's apartment towards her apartment. After Dini's departure, Aqila looked at her mobile phone for a moment. But Qila chose to stand towards the walk in closet. Look for a suitable dress for a walk today. Aqila's choice fell on a black-colored robe patterned with flowers.
After putting on her robe, Aqila walked towards the dressing table. He put on his face as natural as ever. When finished he immediately put on a plain black hijab.
Don't forget to bring the bag and get the phone. Aqila walked towards the exit. Before that he checked his clothes once again and immediately walked out of his apartment.
There it turned out that there was already Dini standing while staring at Aqila's clothes.
“Perfect,” says Early.
“Hahahaha you too,” sahut Aqila.
The two girls immediately walked hand in hand. The closeness of the two is like twins. Even their gamis are both many of the same models even though the color is different.
Out of the elevator, they immediately walked towards the outside. David was there quickly. Aqila and Dini approached him.
“Iya miss,” said David while looking down.
“Emmmm here the citizens can use Indonesian?” ask Aqila.
“Can be miss, but the language here is mostly malay and english,” said David.
“Ah alright.” Aqila nodded in understanding.
“If you are having trouble I can...” not until David finishes his remark Aqila has already cut it.
“Not need.” Aqila smiled. “I can speak the language here,”.
“Thank God, let's go in.” David opened the back door.
Slowly Dini and Aqila went inside and sat down quietly. David himself he immediately went to the steering chair and turned on his engine. Stepping on the gas pedal slowly, their car had left the courtyard of the Apartment.
Their main purpose is the Royal Regalia Building. The location of Royal was close to the Omar Ali Saifuddin Mosque. To reach it can be done on foot only if from the Omar Mosque.
The museum, which was built in 1992, is very interesting to visit. The museum is devoted to Sultan Hassanal Bolkiah in commemoration of the 25th anniversary of the sultan's accession to the throne. The collection of this museum is very complete, ranging from the completion of the coronation of the sultan to the throne, jewelry, a collection of royal documents and souvenirs from friendly countries.
When he first set foot in, the two were greeted by a very cold and comfortable AC.
The museum displays items related to the tools of the royal greatness and the 25th anniversary of the reign of KDYMM Paduka Seri Baginda Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu'izzaddin Waddaulah.
To enter the Royal Regalia Museum, you do not need to pay an entrance ticket. Just fill out the guest book. Unfortunately, visitors are prohibited from photographing while on the 2nd floor. The luggage must also be placed in the locker because the security in this museum is very tight. Later every visitor is also loaned special sandals to get around there.
It didn't feel like they were coming out of the Royal museum at about 12 p.m. They stopped to pray and ate the bread they brought. After that they continued their journey to the second destination.
This time they continue to explore the historical development of Malay society at the Malay Technology Museum. Located in Bandar Sri Begawan, this museum presents a picture of the life and cultural development of the Malay community in Brunei.
The explanation is illustrated through statues of Malays complete with replicas of traditional houses, traditional tools, traditional clothing and Malay villages. The museum displays developments from the 19th century to modern times.
For Destinations To Malay is also free but the guard is not as tight as in the Royal Regalia Museum.
They both enjoyed this holiday. Do not even forget the photos they have scattered in the gallery even though only can photos outside. By late afternoon the two women were coming out. Ask David to take them to a market and it turns out the market is not far from their place.
Both of them sat in the place provided in front of the Market. They want to straighten their tired feet. Perhaps the effect of their two days of sightseeing continued to make the legs both start to ache and tired.
After feeling their legs no longer hurt. now is the time they fill the stomach and taste typical Brunei Darussalam culinary. At Gadong Night Market they can find and see local snacks and food that looks very tempting even the smell alone makes their eggs want to drip.
Actually Brunei food is not much different from culinary in Indonesia because they are still one group.
But according to them, their tour will not be complete if they do not stop here.
Aqila and Dini are like a madman. They buy from heavy meals to snacks. I don't know why they both look like starving kids. Buy one that looks tempting and then they immediately return to the car.
Aqila asks David to drive them back to the apartment to immediately taste the food they bought. At a slightly high speed the car had already broken through the cold of the night. Yes time has come almost time for dinner. The two girls repeatedly stared at the paper bag containing the purchased food.
Aqila swallowed her saliva because the smell of smoke had filled the car. Until finally their trip was completed and the car stopped in front of the apartment lobby.
Saying thanks, Aqila immediately entered the elevator. The two girls even occasionally laughed happily when they saw their current silliness. Who would have thought if the two girls who work as a Doctor and Sister would be this funny if they were outside.
