Call Me Rain

Call Me Rain
Where's Rain ?

The day passed, Mirza back struggling with her new job.Pa Sanjaya's condition which suddenly became a drop makes her inevitably have to take over the work of the Papa, with the help of her trusted people of course. His intention to follow Alula to Bandung should he postpone first for that reason.

Until this moment he did not know how Alula was and where she lived. The last news he got from Mama Indri was, Alula who had arrived at their former home, but after that, both Alula and Pa Abhi could not be contacted.

Alula is like closing herself off from anyone, even when Mirza asked Marsha, the answer remains the same, Alula can not be contacted.

Mirza was upset, she felt unsettled. Why Alula to do that. he wanted to immediately follow him to Bandung, but again Pa Sanjaya asked him to replace him in an important meeting.

His communication with Gweny has so far made no progress. Mirza returned indifferent, cold, even unconcerned as Gweny blatantly showed his attention to Mirza.

Once upon a time, Gweny came to visit him at the office, but Mirza was completely indifferent to his presence, preferring to avoid him by reason of the many jobs he had to learn.

Mirza really does not know what to do, because breaking off his engagement with Gweny, will make Papa disappointed in him. As for starting a relationship with Gweny, the same will make Papa disappointed in him, he was clearly unable to remove Alula's shadow from her heart.

Moreover, since he knew that Alula was the toothless daughter who for years stored in his heart.

Well, the night after Alula left, Mirza went back to the pavilion. she really missed Alula. as she walked into the pavilion, she said, the memory when he accompanied Alula who was drawing in the middle room while strumming the guitar suddenly flashed in her mind. The corner of her heart felt sore, considering that Alula was no longer beside him.

Also, a brief kiss accidentally lands on Alula's cheek as she focuses on a new sewing machine - a gift from dad - making her heartbeat race faster than usual. Mirza let out a long sigh, it was hard to live far away from the girl.

Mirza opened the door to the 3x4-meter room where Alula often spent the night there. He examined every corner of the room again, the shadow when Alula was fast asleep and he disturbed her sleep, just because he wanted to be accompanied by swimming back vividly remembered.

Mirza smiled bitterly

"Why did you go La." - Mirza, staring at the bed in front of him.

He walked to the study table beside a single bad bed near the glass window. His forehead shrunk when he found a black, rectangular, square box, with blue ribbon tucked away on the study table.

Mirza took a piece of paper tucked between the blue ribbons, and read the writing there.

For you: Abang Emir

From : Alula

With a pounding heart, Mirza slowly opened the blue ribbon on the box and then opened the box cover after the blue ribbon slipped out of it.

Mirza found a long-sleeved, navy blue shirt - her favorite color - with a distinctive fragrance, neatly tucked away in a box.

He put the shirt back in the box, because he was more interested in a white envelope that was also stored in the box.

Elder brother...

This shirt is my own stitch.

Finally I can also make one dress for Brother. don't forget to wear yes ! it's orders.

Thank you, because all this time my brother has given me, if I learn again. always give me spirit, if I can do what I want.

True what my brother said, that everyone must have their own expertise.we only need to hone the extent of the abilities we have. and finally I know, what my own abilities are like.

I left, because I wanted to live independently.Building my own dreams.Didn't Brother be very supportive of my wishes ?

Elder brother..

I'm sorry for not telling you about my move, I'm afraid you're crying that I'm staying. hehee

Mirza folded back a letter from Alula and put it back in the black box. Again, she let out a long sigh, feeling very lost.

As he was about to move, the corner of his eye accidentally caught a piece of paper under the table. Mirza crouched down to pick it up, at the corner of the paper it was written on,

Dad & Rain

"Rain," Mirza's forehead frowned as she read the name.

He flipped the paper which turned out to be a photo of a pair of fathers and daughters hugging a barbie doll, standing in front of a doll shop.

Mirza was stunned, the girl's face was very familiar to him. But suddenly he remembered, if Alula ever said that she would rather be called 'Rain' than Alula.

"Thus ... Alula it ..."

Not only that, he also saw mounds of paper that had been squeezed into the trash can under the table. Mirza opened the paper one by one, she was surprised to find many pictures of her face on each sheet of paper.

Mirza shook her head in disbelief, if Alula was the daughter she had been expecting her presence. Why did Alula never say anything, did she know, if Mirza still remembered the girl.

Mirza remembered those eyes, the sad eyes that always made her heart feel warm. Why every time she looked into Alula's eyes, she was like looking at the sad eyes of the girl.

Stupidly, why did Mirza never realize it. And even more stupidly, why did she only know now, when Alula had already left her.

Mirza squeezed the hair on her head, she felt annoyed, and was disappointed at Alula who chose to leave without explaining everything.

And today, armed with the address Pa Sanjaya gave her, Mirza goes to Bandung to look for Alula's whereabouts. Along the way, he felt unsettled for some reason, he felt that Alula was avoiding him.

The sun began to appear orange when Mirza arrived at the simple white home page. Mirza checked the home address back in her hand, when someone suddenly came from behind her body.

"Punten, find who?" greet a woman with a shabby negligee behind her back.

Mirza turned her head towards the voice of "Sorry Mom, is this really Pa Abhi Sofyan's house?" ask that woman.

The woman blinked her eyes before saying, "Yes right, who is this ?"

Mirza let out a long sigh, relieved to know that she did not have the wrong address.

"I'm Mirza, Pa Abhi used to work with my parents." the woman looked surprised, "Are Pa Abhi and Alula in the ?"

But the relief did not last long, because again Mirza had to get disappointment,

"Pa Abhi and Lula were gone" said the woman.

Mirza's forehead frowned, "Go ?" I don't know why Mirza doesn't like that word. "Where to?" urged Mirza.

But the woman shook her head, "Teeth also do not know where they are going. They are just the nitipins of this house just as teteh." said the woman he just knew named Yuyun.

"If you want, Aden will sleep here tonight." Teh Yuyun

"Teteh here just want to take some stuff" he continued while opening the door of the house.

Feeling tired after a day of work makes him want to not want to come into the house. he felt tired if he had to return to Jakarta tonight.while the hotel or lodging was quite far from there.

"This is Lula's room, if you want, you can sleep here" said Teh Yuyun after opening one of the doors in the house.

"Let's bring some food here, yeah, it's hungry."

"Don't bother Tea" said Mirza, who was smiling only at Teh Yuyun.

"The house is still there," Tea Yuyun pointed in one direction.

"Not far, only blocked four houses.if necessary anything will call there later." said Teh Yuyun.

"Thank you Tea, it's enough.it's even troublesome." Mirza replied with a smile.

After Teh Yuyun left, Mirza went into the room.he laid his tired body on the bed.The atmosphere of the room felt quite comfortable, although not as big as his room in Jakarta.

Mirza examined every corner of the room, smiling as she looked at some childhood photos of Alula with Dwi, her twin sister hanging from the walls of the room.

But there is one photo that makes her heart break. photos of Alula with long hair bangs, her hands hugging tightly the same Barbie doll as hers.photographed it Alula smiled by displaying her toothless tooth.

Mirza likens the photo hanging on the wall to the photo he found on the pavilion. The same clothes and the same place.true, that Alula is the woman he has been keeping in his heart.

"Rain .. where are you." - Mirza.
