Episode 40's. Finally Back
Ling Yan along with his two adopted sisters were now almost at the Ling Clan residence, the three of them were already able to see the Ling Clan gates already in sight.
Not a single gatekeeper was holding the three from entering the Ling Clan residence, as Ling Yan still had the badge necklace of a Ling family member on his neck.
And when the three of them had already entered the residence of the Ling Clan, Ling Yan and his two adopted sisters immediately became the center of attention as the three of them were currently wearing masks.
"Sister, why do they all seem to be watching us." Said Yu Fei.
"Hmm maybe because we're wearing these toy masks." Ling Yan slightly scratched his non-itchy head.
FLASHBACKS
The moment the three had already entered the Ling Clan territory, Yu Qian's attention was suddenly sidetracked by the merchant selling the stealth mask-shaped toy mask.
"Sister Yu Qian wants a mask." Said Yu Qian who was currently on Ling Yan's shoulders.
"Mask?." Ling Yan then shifted his gaze and it was true that around his place there was now a merchant selling stealth face toy masks there.
"Yu Qian, we'll be there soon, why did you buy the mask." Said Yu Fei.
"But brother, I want to wear a mask." Said Yu Qian whining.
"Hmm well, we'll buy the mask now." Said Ling Yan smiling then walking towards the merchant's place.
"It's also good that I wear a mask upon entering the clan residence later, so they won't recognize me directly and won't mock me for returning." Inner Ling Yan slowly.

As Ling Yan had guessed before, the people who were staring at him at this moment were unable to recognize Ling Yan who was wearing a mask.
Ling Yan continued to step his legs forward and currently the three of them were already in front of the residence of his parents. "We've arrived." Said Ling Yan.
"Mom's father, I'm finally back." Inner Ling Yan.
Ling Yan then stepped into his residence followed by Yu Qian who was still on Ling Yan's shoulders and Yu Fei who was walking behind him.
Upon entering his home, Ling Yan found his mother sitting with her eyes blank and facing forward, but she could not see her father there.
Slowly Ling Yan lowered Yu Qian off his shoulders and walked over to his mother who was still unaware of his arrival, and moments later Ling Yan and the two brothers arrived in front of Ling Yue.
Realizing the presence of someone in front of him, Ling Yue then raised his head and found a young man along with 2 little boys standing before him.
"What are you guys." Said surprised.
"Mom, this is my son, I'm home." Said Ling Yan.
Ling Yue then quickly recognized his son's distinctive voice, and a while later Ling Yan then opened the mask that covered his face and now the face that was missed by his mother was clearly plastered in front of him.
"Li Ling Yan, is this really you.." Ling Yue could no longer hold back her tears as she looked at the face of her son who was currently already before her.
"Yue'er let's go in for lunch already..." Ling San who had just finished preparing lunch and was planning to call his wife to eat was now very surprised to see Ling Yan was already in front of her now.
"Ling Yan you're back." Ling San.
Over time a hard blow accompanied by energy in a diamond swordsman landed on Ling Yan's head and managed to make him complain in pain.

Ling Yue continued to beat her son until her sense of urgency ran out, "Oh mother really has the heart." Said Ling Yan.
Never once did it cross Ling Yan's mind that the first impression he would get when he came home was to get a hard blow from his mother.
Soon Ling Yue then helped her son stand up then without a second thought she immediately hugged him tightly releasing all her yearnings.
The two brothers and Ling San could only smile awkwardly at the incident, from the hitting scene to the end of hugging.
Ling Yue momentarily realized the presence of two brothers who were currently smiling faintly before her.
"Eh, who are these two boys." Said Ling Yue.
"Mother, can you treat my wound before you ask." After saying that Ling Yan then fell unconscious.

Slowly Ling Yan began to regain consciousness and opened his eyes and found himself lying on his bed, faintly able to see his father sitting down and trying to treat his injuries.
Seeing Ling Yan start to wake up from his stupor, Ling San then smiled looking fixedly at his son, "You're already conscious." Ling San.
"Oh, ah, you must beat me up when I just got home." Said Ling Yan.
"Hahaha forgive your mother, in the last 3 months this has not been an easy thing for her." Said Ling Yan then giving Ling Yan a healing pill.
"Sister Ling Yan, brother is already conscious." Said Yu Fei and Yu Qian worriedly and went straight inside Ling Yan's room.
"Ling Yan, can you explain about the two of them." Said Ling Yue Yang who just entered into Ling Yan's room.

Meanwhile in the residence of the second elder of the Ling Clan, Ling Feng who was practicing gathering natural energy felt a little disturbed by the presence of someone knocking on his bedroom door.

Meanwhile Ling Xuilan who happened to pass by and accidentally heard the talk of Ling Feng and his men, directly ran towards the Ling Yan residence.
"Sister Ling Yan has gone home, is that true." He muttered as he continued running in a hurry.
