Episode 6's. The Forest of Darkness
In the southern part of the Wei empire, there was a vast forest area called the forest of darkness.
The dark forest is a paradise for the lives of various types of demons, both low-level, and high-level demons.
In addition to having a large enough territory, the dark forest also became one of the border regions between the two empires, namely the Wei empire and the Ning empire.
Most of the territory of the darkness forest was also located between the Ling Clan's territory and the Chu Clan's territory which was the boundary between the territories of the two great Clans in the Lotus city.
The dark forest itself is divided into three parts, namely the outer part of the forest, the middle part, and the deepest part of the dark forest.
The outer part of the darkness forest itself was inhabited by various low-level stealth species and it was not uncommon for some mid-level demons to be found.
While the middle part of the forest is inhabited by various species of low-level, medium-level stealth, and sometimes some high-level stealth.
As for the deepest part of the darkness forest, it was a region that could only be inhabited by a wide variety of high-level demons, even demon kings that were equivalent to the power of a holy swordsman.
The stealth level :
Low level, divided into three parts, namely level 1 stealth which has the ability equivalent to novice swordsmen. A level 2 demon had strength equivalent to a warrior and a level 3 demon that had strength equivalent to a bronze swordsman to a 3-star silver swordsman.
Intermediate level, divided into 3 parts, namely level 4 stealth equivalent to the ability of silver swordsmen to 5-star gold warriors. A level 5 demon is a demon that has the power equivalent to a 4-star diamond swordsman.
A tier 6 demon possessed strength equivalent to the strength of a diamond swordsman to a soul swordsman.
High-level demons are also divided into 3, namely level 7 demons have strength equivalent to the ability of a soul swordsman to a king swordsman.
A level 8 demon that possessed strength equivalent to a king swordsman to a 1-star senior swordsman, and a level 9 demon that possessed strength equivalent to the peak abilities of a senior swordsman.
While the latter was the demon king that could only be found in the deepest part of the forbidden forest was a demon that had already reached level 10 and had strength equivalent to the ability of a holy swordsman.
It is said in a story that the king of demons is a demon that has lived for thousands of years.
According to local folklore, there used to be a holy warrior who tried to get into the deepest part of the dark forest and never came back from inside.

Three days later it was finally time for Ling Yan's departure towards the dark forest.
After painstakingly asking his father and mother for permission, Ling finally obtained permission to go to practice in the dark forest, although this time he had to lie a little to persuade his mother.

"But Yan'er the forest of darkness is very dangerous for anyone, there are countless demons living in it." Said Ling Yue again who was still persuading Ling Yan.
"Already Yue'er, let Ling Yan go, I believe in my son, he will definitely become a great swordsman in the future." Said Ling San who just walked into the room.
"You father and son alike, don't want to understand my feelings, then it's up to you." Said Ling Yue slightly pouting.

Ling San then gave a space ring containing a thousand pieces of gold to Ling Yan to buy his necessities during the journey towards the forest of darkness.

After tidying up his luggage, Ling Yan then prepared to set off and begin his journey towards the dark forest.
"Dad, mom, I'm leaving now." Say it while saying goodbye.
"Be careful while you're there, if you can't help but push yourself, mom and dad will wait for your return." Ling San.
Hearing the words of his father and mother Ling Yan nodded and finally began his journey towards the forest of darkness.
Ling San and his wife could only stare at the departure of his only son who slowly moved away until he could see his back no more.
Before entering the dark forest, Ling Yan first had to head to one of the villages called Huazi village which was one of the Ling Clan's dominions and was located not far from the dark forest.
Arriving at the gate of the Ling Clan's residence, Ling Yan glanced back and then resumed his journey. I don't know what's waiting for him up ahead, only fate knows.
Meanwhile Ling Xuilan who knew Ling Yan was going to go towards the dark forest, had actually been at the gate of the Ling Clan's residence since earlier and had only seen Ling Yan leave from there.
Actually earlier he wanted to call Ling Yan when he had not completely drifted away, but since there was a slight sense of hesitation from within him, he stopped his desire.
