Chapters 73. The City of a Thousand Flowers
Xiaohai brought Ling Tian and the others to the northern region of the Jia empire, the seat of the Boundless Sea.
The distance between the Jia empire and the Boundless Sea was about 80 thousand kilometers, it was traveled for several days by Xiaohai.
The Boundless Sea was the most forbidden region of the four empires, as within it was filled with mysteries. According to the ancestors of the four empires it was said that the Boundless Sea was the entrance to head to the higher regions.
There had been many cultivators trying to pass through it, yet no one had returned yet. According to rumors, all those cultivators had died being eaten by high-level Spirit Beasts that were within the Boundless Sea.
There were also those who said that those cultivators had managed to break into higher regions and did not want to return anymore, because there was all the need to increase their cultivation level already available.
After they arrived, Xiaohai stopped in front of the Boundless Sea to wait for orders from Ling Tian. He also did not dare to be rash to directly fly past the Boundless Sea.
Ling Tian began to inspect the Boundless Sea with his spiritual senses spanning a radius of 200 km. He sensed some low-level Spirit Beasts coming from within the Boundless Sea.

"Good Boss..!" Xiaohai started flying again at his full speed over the Boundless Sea.

Ling Tian carefully inspected the energy vortex with his spiritual senses, and after a while he finally smiled as he learned what the energy vortex actually was.
It was a Teleportation Formation. Although Ling Tian knew the function of the Formation, but he did not know where the Teleportation Formation was headed.
"Hmmm.. You all have to hold on tight to my body and not let go." Ling Tian said in a serious tone to Ling Han and the others.
"Bad.. Tian..! What exactly is in front of us..?" Ling Han asked with a slightly panicked tone.
"Sister..! It was a Teleportation Formation that could move all of us to another region. But I don't know if we'll be teleported simultaneously, or if we'll be teleported separately."
"So that's why I told you to hold tight to my body. I'll try to hold it in so that we don't teleport separately, if this Formation wants to take us to a different place." Ling Tian's tone was getting more serious.

"Pacify yourself for a moment..!" Ling Tian said casually so that they would not panic too much.
Ling Han and the others slowly started to calm down. After that they immediately held tightly onto Ling Tian's body.
Ling Han held onto Ling Tian's hand, while the three girls entered Ling Tian's embrace which made Ling Han only able to shake his head.
Seeing that Ling Han and the others had been clinging tightly to his body, Ling Tian immediately set up a Sealing Formation to protect all of them, then he ordered Xiaohai to enter the Teleportation Formation.
"Zeepp"
As Xiaohai had only approached about 100 meters away from the Teleportation Formation, an enormous power instantly attracted all of them to enter into that energy vortex.
The Sealing Formation set up by Ling Tian was instantly shattered into pieces. Ling Tian tried to use all of his strength to put up a barrier on them, but it was just a waste.
They were all unable to withstand the sucking force of those Teleportation Formations, which eventually made them instantly separate and enter into different spaces.
"Bad.. It's like I've been afraid of. Hopefully they'll be teleported to a safer place." Ling Tian muttered in a sad tone.
During the teleportation space, Ling Tian could only see an extremely dazzling light in front of him. He could only wait patiently for where he would be taken by the Teleportation Formation.
"BOOM"
After a while, Ling Tian crashed into the ground as it had reached his teleportation spot.
"Huhuhh.. If only my strength had reached the Sky Star stage, perhaps I would have also been able to set up a Teleportation Formation like this." Ling Tian muttered in an annoyed tone.
Ling Tian then got up then looked around him. He saw that everything was filled with very tall trees.
"Hmmm.. Have I been teleported in the middle of the forest..?" Ling Tian.
Ling Tian quickly circulated his spiritual senses to examine the surroundings, but he could only sense that the areas within the scope of his spiritual senses were all trees.
Ling Tian shot straight into the sky to examine even more details, and his conjecture turned out to be true that he was now in the middle of a vast forest.

In just a few minutes, he finally came out of the forest. Then he continued flying and stopped about 10 km from the city gate he was referring to.
After walking for a while, he had arrived before the city gate. Ling Tian looked at a sizable signboard above the gate that read City of a Thousand Flowers.
He then put on his trademark smile, then hurriedly followed the people who were waiting in line to enter the city.
