Chapter 7

Giordano deliberately pranks Hellena. He wanted to make Hellena careless, by canceling his visitation plans tomorrow. Giordano wants to surprise Hellena.

" That's not to be undone, baby!

I miss.

Miss your heart."

But the message that Hellena sent only ticked one. Giordano is off.

Hellena started to fuss over his goal of wanting to upset Giordano. But even he was upset.

1 minute later Hellena sent a message.

" Gio....???" call Hellena, but keep one checked

3 minutes later Hellena tried to send another message.

"Darling????"

But it remains unreturned by Giordano. Hellena then told her friends to go back to the room.

The count is up to 15 minutes, but there is still no reply. Hellena was really pissed off by Giordano. So upset, Hellena's feeling became tight and she cried.

Hellena deactivates her phone, then throws it into the basket containing her pile of dirty porters.

Hellena played some mellow songs on her laptop. While listening to the song, he began to think far and fantasize about things that were not-nothing about his relationship with Giordano. His thoughts and delusions even made his feelings even more untouchable. Her tears were flowing more and more soaking up the pillow. He was crying in silence.

After crying, Hellena wakes up and turns off her laptop and goes to sleep.

Giordano re-opened his social accounts. He read some of the messages that Hellena sent and smiled triumphantly, because it succeeded in upsetting Hellena. He did not return a single message. Giordano closed his account and took a break.

This morning Hellena woke up to the noise from the alarm she set on Beker's watch on the nightstand next to her bed.

Hellena is always hard to get up in the morning. He sets an alarm to wake her up every morning.

His eyes are heavy. He grabbed the alarm on the nightstand and turned it off. Hellena opened her still heavy eyes, she saw the clock already showing at 05:00 am.

He immediately woke up, made his bed and went to the bathroom with a wide yawn.

The water touched. "uuhhh cold as ice water," said Hellena. He wanted to take a shower, but the cold made him doubtful. He even became dumb in the bathroom.

Gaven's outside voice knocking on the door and calling out her name broke Hellena's daydream.

" Yes Gaven. I'm awake!!" yelled Hellena from inside the bathroom answering Gaven's call.

Every Sunday morning Gaven would wake Hellena to church together, if she felt Hellena had not woken up.

Gaven and Hellena had the same religion and beliefs, so they always went to church together.

After answering Gaven's call, Hellena immediately doused her body with water.

" Byaarrrr.." - Hellena as the water touched her body.

Hellena took a lightning-fast shower. It was not until 10 minutes that he had finished his bath, because the water was very cold. He wrapped his body in a towel and went out to prepare for church.

In less than 15 minutes at 06.00, Hellena and Gaven had left for the church using angkot. The distance from their boarding house to the church is not far away. Only reached by angkot within 10 minutes has arrived.

After arriving, Hellena and Gaven immediately descended from the angkot they had previously paid for and entered the church to attend worship.

After returning home from church, Hellena did her morning activities cleaning the room and breakfast. Then he took out a pile of dirty porters that he had piled for a week to wash.

Hellena forgot to reactivate her phone last night which she deactivated so badly with Giordano. Then Hellena was busy washing her clothes.

At the Monastery, Giordano was already preparing to meet Hellena. He immediately picked up his phone collected last week in the dorm room and activated it. After returning to her room, she called Hellena. But the number he was heading to was not active or out of reach.

"Ahh may be another bad network." Inner Giordano.

He tried to call again up to three times but still the number he went to was not active.

" Maybe Hellena is still upset" said Giordano.

Giordano immediately left the dormitory and headed to Hellena boarding house on a motorcycle.

Until Hellena's boarding, Giordano parked his motorbike beside the boarding gate and entered to meet Hellena. Hellena was washing and was unaware of Giordano's arrival.

Hellena washes clothes in a public washing place for boarding children. It was only 10 meters from Hellena's room.

Some of Hellena's roommates who saw Giordano's arrival wanted to convey to Hellena. But Giordano gestured with his finger not to tell Hellena.

Giordano sat in a chair in front of Hellena's room and watched as Hellena was busy washing.

Hellena's face looked plain without wearing any makeup. A few sweat hairs were seen drenching his forehead.

Finish washing clothes and rinsing them with clean water. Hellena intends to take the hanger in her room to dry clothes. But he was shocked when he turned around, his eyes found Giordano sitting in front of his room while watching him. Hellena almost slipped due to the slippery floor and her shock at seeing Giordano.
