Alexa turned her head towards Azlan who was standing by her side. “Azlan, you wait a minute yes, I have a meeting for a minute.”
“Good. I'm waiting for you in the lobby.”
“Do not. You'll get bored there. Just wait in Arul or Jacob's room.”
“Good.” Azlan's gone.
Alexa came into his room. He picked up the files for the meeting and then rushed to the meeting room.
All seats on the meeting room's special long table are occupied, except Alexa's seat. He sat on the empty seat shortly after saying the word ‘good morning’.
The meeting was opened by Syafiqa, the secretary of the director. With his style of language and his intelligence in speaking, Syafiqa begins meetings briefly, densely and clearly.
