074: Fixing the Situation

The Commander of the City Forces remained in Mao Sheng's hands. Chao Fan was appointed General by Zhu Han.
The second step was to recruit the youth of Shinzu City to be trained into the city soldiers who now only had three thousand people left.
Twelve thousand soldiers have left Shinzu City since a few months ago to aid in the coup against Emperor Liu Feng's rule.
