The Legend of Zhu San

The Legend of Zhu San
097: Coming to the Star Sword Sect

During his stay at his parents' residence, Zhu San's days were filled with talking and treating Rei Ji and the Thousand Faces Swordsman.

While Tan Kuan was always next to the teacher whom he had considered his own father. He decided to follow his teacher wherever he went.

But really beyond everyone's expectations, the Thousand Faces Swordsman who until now still kept his identity secret, decided to stop traveling.

He wanted to stay with Zhu Han until the end of his life. The thing that made Zhu San's father, became happy to hear him.

Tan Kuan agreed and was pleased with the teacher's decision, given the current situation. Moreover, the Master had just suffered a very severe internal injury.

The same was felt by Zhu San. His heart was now calm, when a few days ago, he decided to leave his house.

With the existence of Master and his Uncle Master Tan Kuan, then only a few high-skilled warriors are able to touch his father.

Zhu San is currently in a small village located between Shinzu City and the western city of Shangyu. Zhu San, riding a horse to Baixan, decided to stop at a restaurant.

After finding a small tavern, Zhu San sat on an empty table after ordering a dish as well as a large jar of wine.

The atmosphere of the store looks crowded during the day, the weather is currently quite hot.

“Is it true that the group of black stream warriors just now from the Star Sword Sect?”

A shop customer whose desk was not far from Zhu San's desk asked his friend. The two of them had just arrived and were seated a moment after Zhu San occupied his seat.

“I heard so, it looks like they just attacked that big sect. What do you think happened to the sect?”

The man who was asked immediately answered his partner's question earlier. The conversation of the two, of course, caught the attention of Zhu San who immediately listened to the conversation of the two of them.

Zhu San saw if the two people were medium-level Swordsmen. It seemed like they were working to escort a merchant, who had also entered the tavern in time with the two of them.

Zhu San's forehead shriveled, upon hearing the answer of one of them. That person said if the Star Sword Sect might have currently perished.

That's because one of the two men leading the group, seen injured in his left arm, it looks like he just had a fight.

“Looks like I should, head to the Star Sword Sect first. I wonder what really happened there.”

Zhu San said in his mind after hearing the man's words. He immediately ate the dish that was served a moment later.

Plans to enjoy a jar of wine, Zhu San canceled. But he bought the wine along with the urn, after ordering four other urns of wine.

It caught the attention of the tavern owner, but he did not dare to ask, how Zhu San would bring the five large jars.

Casually Zhu San made the five urns disappear from their eyes and darted away after previously paying for all the dishes and the five urns of wine.

He did not care about the astonished gaze of the owner as well as the shopkeeper, whose mouth was wide open, when he saw Zhu San remove the five wine jars in one flick of his hand.

Zhu San spurred his horse to the southwest. But he was stunned when he arrived at an intersection after two hours of riding.

He scratched his head that was not itchy, because he did not know which path he should take. Zhu San decided to travel southwest and take the road to the right, but not on a horse.

Zhu San struck the back of his horse, and the horse returned to the village where Zhu San was.

After looking around him, making sure no one saw him, Zhu San immediately jumped into the air two hundred meters from the ground.

From that height of two hundred meters, Zhu San was able to see some parts of the sect that had suffered damage.

But what astonished him was the atmosphere of the sect that looked ordinary, as if something did not happen in the sect.

“Did they get the wrong information. Or is something happening but trying not to be shown?”

Zhu San stared at a large courtyard where he saw several people being seen starting to exit the building.

“Who will be buried? Was ...”

A bad feeling reached Zhu San, as he saw a stretcher filled with corpses, carried by four people coming out of the large building.

Behind the four people were seen by him, Gao Yan and Gao Shan. Both were dressed in the same color as those carrying palanquins, white clothes.

“Don't you want to be buried is the second brother-in-law?”

Zhu San's heart pounded hard as he thought so.

He wanted to go down immediately and follow the entourage, but given how Gao Yan and his younger brother Gao Shan had killed Chen Hu, the Sect Chief and his first elder brother, Zhu San also abandoned his intentions.

He would sneak into the sect building, after the group that moved towards the back of the sect building had far left the building.

After the group arrived outside the sect's fence wall, Zhu San immediately descended and slipped, entering the large building.

“Who are you!”

A clap sounded as Zhu San stepped into the room which turned out to be the Sect Hall Room.

The impact came from a sect member who seemed to have the task of cleaning the room, along with one colleague.

The two immediately drew out their swords and moved closer to Zhu San with unsheathed weapons.

Zhu San looked puzzled at the situation before him. He wanted to keep his identity a secret, but it would make the fight impossible for him to avoid.

“Do you guys recognize this?”

Zhu San asked as he took out something as his hand went under his cloak. The two people noticed the Jade Badge Star Sword Sect that was in Zhu San's hands.

They were shocked when they realized the jade that only Chen Hu, their previous Sect Leader had and also that of Chairman Gao Shu.

“Where did you get that Jade Badge? If you're a member of the Star Sword Sect, why have we never seen you before?!”

One of the two sect members asked, making Zhu San finally decide to explain who he was.

The two people were shocked to hear that Zhu San was the Third Disciple of the Sect Founder. The two looked at each other, before finally putting their weapons back into the scabbard.

“Tetua .. Welcome to Star Sword Sect. We have heard if Grandpa Master has a student who is still young.”

The two men who were around thirty years old, immediately knelt down in front of Zhu San. Zhu San immediately told them to stand up and explain what had happened.
