Chapter 376
Exiting Swallow Capital University, Jasper returns to the hotel to wake Henry from his dream.
"Hi! What the fuck this guy, fuck you! I had a beautiful dream!"
Henry growled, angry, and his eyes glazed over.
Jasper looked at the ***** that was left around his neck and snorted, "You've spent the past few nights drowning in women, haven't you? when Anna left, you really let go and did whatever you wanted."
Henry's angry expression froze and he immediately denied, "Hey, I'm innocent, okay! i wasn't..."
Then as she spoke, she saw Jasper pick up a black bra with a trendy design next to the bed with two fingers...
Henry immediately shut his mouth and tried to recall his memory, "Who did I bring last night? is Annie the innocent, Angela the sexy, or Catherine the intellectual?"
"Damn! so many women, I can't even tell them apart anymore!"
Therefore, Henry decided he would not think about it and just blocked them all, he did not believe he was humiliating himself in front of his future brother-in-law.
Jasper ignored Henry's embarrassed expression and decided to ask in seriousness, "Do you have any way to contact your grandfather?"
Henry dumbfounded. "My grandfather? I mean, I have his assistant's phone number, but why do you want to call my grandfather?"
Jasper smile. "I'd like to invite him to the party next week."
Henry shuddered, and the drowsiness that enveloped his mind immediately disappeared, he instantly became full of vigor as he roared, "Inviting my grandfather? do we need to kill someone? The turner? yeah, let's do it! I know you're not just gonna let Turner go, we're gonna blow that bastard! when my grandfather gets involved in this, they can say goodbye to their wealth and status!"
Jasper picked up Henry's phone and spoke in despair, "Is every single one of your thoughts just filled with such nonsense? I might as well admit my loss if I had to involve Old Man Law just to fight someone."
As he dialed the number, Jasper spoke, "It seems like you've bothered him enough for things like this.
Henry looked embarrassed as he scratched his head, "Impossible, the others like to ask their parents for help, but I just turned to Anna, it's embarrassing, but you know how it is in my family, you know, my dad's gonna break my leg and I don't want to imagine what my grandfather's gonna do."
While Henry was talking, Jasper's call with the old assistant sir was connected, the phone was then passed on to Old Man Law.
"Old Man Law. It's me, Jasper" Jasper said politely.
Old Man Law's bright laughter echoed through the loudspeakers, "You called about the banquet, didn't you, Jasper? Zachary told me about it yesterday, I was just about to ask him to tell you when you called me."
Jasper replied sincerely, "I've thought about it, and I realized that even though it was true that I told Uncle Law earlier, I still have to discuss this with you directly about inviting you to the banquet."
Old Man Law was very pleased with Jasper's detailed attention and smiled, "Don't worry, I'll be there, one to support you so that people don't look down on you, and two there are also some things about the family that I have to talk to them about in the Swallow Capital."
Jasper knew that he meant the Olympic Village, "It seems Old Man Law is planning to take the project for sure."
"Well then, I'll pick you up from the airport" replied Jasper happily.
Old Man Law chuckled, "No need, we'll get there by ourselves, you won't have to pick us up at all, aren't you busy enough now? Just focus on your work and don't think about anything else."
"I've spoken to Spencer, Joe, and Wallace for you, they'll be there, too, so you won't have to call them" Old Man Law spoke softly.
Jasper was stunned, Old Man Law did more than just being on his side, he also reached out to the rest of the main wealthy families of Harbor City to support him.
