Dinner

It was late in the afternoon when Amira and Sam came out of their room. Even the twins have woken up and are playing with Sandra and Dave. Amira looked very embarrassed because her husband made her feel that he had neglected his two sons to bother Sandra and Dave made her look sharply at Mr. Sam.

"Why? anyway because we didn't come out finally they became united..just look!" said Mr. Sam without guilt while pointing at Dave and Sandra with his chin that looks friendly by sitting side by side with hands that are interlocked while watching the twins. If they look like a pair of parents who are watching their children play.

"Ehem.. sorry to bother you.." said Amira when she was in front of the two.

"Ga pa-pa kok Ra. You must be tired because we've been around all day" said Sandra plain.

Amira who was holding back her bad taste and shame on Sandra and Dave made her face look red. While Mr. Sam the suspect who made all the problems looked calm. Another with Dave, he just smiles knots with the behavior of Amira and Sandra who are eleven twelve.

"It's late in the afternoon so I go home first huh." said Dave breaking Amira's awkwardness.

"You don't have dinner here, Dave?" ask Mr. Sam.

"Well that's not gonna trouble you guys..."

"Of course not." said Amira.

"Let's San San we bathe Sahir and Samir first..."

"Yes Ra.." said Sandra.

The two women then bathed the twins and then they cooked dinner because the two were not home all day. Finished cooking Amira and Sandra cleaned themselves. Mr. Sam and Dave had also taken a shower and changed clothes. Dave was wearing the clothes of Mr. Sam who happened to be the size of him.

After dinner, Sam and Dave chat for a moment while Amira seems to try to put her two sons to sleep who do not want to stop to play. Although Sandra had tried to help him by coaxing the two but in vain. It was only when the master of Sam approached the two, Sahir and Samir finally wanted to be delivered to sleep as well as the original accompanied by his father and his mother.

Dave and Sandra were left alone in the living room. Although both of them already look familiar but back together in one room makes both of them feel awkward again. Both of them looked silent not knowing what to say. After a while Dave finally opened his voice.

"San San... What if on Saturday we have dinner and introduce you to my family?" ask Dave.

"Huh? why is it so fast Dave?" said Sandra who did not expect it would be so soon invited Dave to be introduced to his family.

"Wouldn't it be sooner San San San. So we can get married soon." said Dave as he stroked Sandra's anxious face.

"But Dave... What if your family doesn't like me? what else is my status." said Sandra choked.

He is aware of his status that an ordinary person makes it difficult to believe that Dave's parents and other family will agree to marry Dave. What else plus he who is a widow though still a virgin. But Dave and his family don't know...

"You don't be so humble in San San. My family never looked at anyone of his status or wealth." said Dave, trying to appease Sandra.

"And I'm sure once they get to know you they'll like you as much as I used to fall for you." Dave smiled.

"Well, I'm willing to Dave." answered Sandra at last.

Although in his heart still doubt the recipients of the Dave family, but Sandra felt there was no harm in trying anyway maybe they were not as he feared. Dave smiled happily at Sandra's response to dinner with her family.

That's when Amira and Mr. Sam came out of the twins' room. Apparently the two boys had fallen asleep because of the company of their parents. When the two sat down with Dave and Sandra, Dave expressed his desire to invite Sandra to dinner with his family. Amira and Mr. Sam don't mind Dave taking Sandra as long as they don't come home too late. It's nothing Mr. Sam feels Sandra is like his own sister who he must take care of and account to Mr. Dahlan if something happens to him during his time in London. Sandra was moved by the attention of Amira and also Sam's master who always looked after her and already considered her brother. Amira hugged her best friend. He knew the feeling Sandra was feeling.

It didn't feel like that day had come...

Sandra was pecking herself in front of the mirror when there was a knock on her door. After being invited in, Amira appeared to approach her best friend.

"You are so beautiful San San." said Amira as she looked at her best friend.

"Thank you Ra.." said Sandra after facing Amira who was sitting on the edge of Sandra's bed.

"You don't fear San San. from Db's story I'm sure Dave's family are good people who won't distinguish people with status and also property" Amira said encouraging Sandra.

"Yes Ra.." said Sandra with a smile trying to cover her nervousness.

"It's not just you Ra who feels guilty to you, I do too." said Sandra.

"I feel like I failed as a child because I've been embarrassed because in just a matter of hours I was already a widow." she continued.

"Hemm... already do not be sad anymore. now you have to appear cheerful because soon you will meet the family Dave... you are also very valuable only bodoj people who consider you low" said Amira.

They also hugged each other. Then they came out of Sandra's room and saw Dave had come and waited in the living room accompanied by Mr. Sam and the duo was leaked. After saying goodbye to the master Sam and Amira as well as the twins Sandra and Dave immediately went to the second house of Dave's parents. During the ride in the car, Sandra seemed to get nervous. Dave who saw it also stopped his car briefly on the side of the road not far from his home.

"You don't have to be afraid of San San. I'm beside you. There I won't leave you alone. And rest assured my family isn't a monster you need to fear" joking Dave tried to make Sandra relax.

Sandra smiled and Dave drove back to her parents' house. When he arrived at Dave's house it looked very magnificent and crowded like throwing a party. But he was wrong because it turns out they were all Dave's family who deliberately came to join dinner. Dave who used to rarely come because he was busy with his own world since becoming a convert often spent time with his extended family even though they had different beliefs.

Dave's family welcome was very warm to Sandra made him immediately feel comfortable with them. Even Dave's cousin who also converted can already be familiar with Sandra because both women and their ages are not much different. Even Dave's parents have asked Sandra to call them mother and father because it turns out Dave had told Sandra first to both parents.

Dave also did not cover up Sandra's status as a widow. And as Dave had guessed, the two men had no objection at all to Sandra's widowed status. For them, Dave's change, which is now more calm and close to the family, has shown that Sandra is a good influence on their son. Yes Dave also told about the beginning of the second meeting until Dave fell in love with Sandra.

"Please take care of our son and always guide him so as not to return as before.we believe in you.." said Dave's mother when Sandra said goodbye to go home.

"I'll try mom." said Sandra who immediately got a warm hug from Clayre mama Dave.

"Thank you dear." whispered mama Clayre.

Sandra nodded with a smile at Clayre's mother after which she was ushered by Dave to go home to Mr. Sam's apartment.

"Hows it? are you still afraid of my family?" dave asked when they were both in the car.

"No. like you said, they are very kind and willing to accept me for who I am." said Sandra with a smile on Dave.

"Thank God." said Dave, holding Sandra's hand with one hand while the other was still holding the steering wheel.

A worried Sandra tells Dave to take off his grip so he can drive properly but the blue-eyed man is stubborn and refuses to make Sandra resigned during the trip home their hands clasped each other. Arriving at the door of Mr. Sam's apartment looks like Dave is not willing to let Sandra go inside.

"Why?" sandra asked as Dave did not let go of his hand to get into the apartment.

"I still want to be with you." whiney Dave who looks like a child.

"But it's been too late Dave. I don't feel good about Amira and Sam's sister." said Sandra.

"Then give me a gift to calm down." said Dave softly while bringing his face closer to Sandra.

"A... what do you want.." Sandra's stammering sentence was cut off when Dave's lips were perfectly stuck to Sandra's lips.

Sandra who was initially silent because of surprise was finally willing to return a kiss from Dave. For a moment the two m****s*p until finally releasing each other after running out of oxygen. The two stared at each other with breaths still hunting. Dave rubbed Sandra's lips gently a little wet.

"Good night San San.a beautiful dream and make sure I am also in it. assalamualaikum.." he said softly as a farewell.

"Waalaikum salaam." - Sandra.

Then Sandra went into Mr. Sam's apartment which was already seen quiet with lights that had changed dim.

"It seems like everyone has fallen asleep." Sandra's mind as she slowly stepped towards her room.

Arriving in the room Sandra immediately dropped her body on the bed. His eyes were still wide open and did not feel any sleepiness. His heart is flowering because his meeting with Dave's parents and family is fairly smooth and they accept it as it is and give their blessing. Now all he has to think about is asking for blessing to his brother and uminya.
