Divorced for Dekil (Dinikahi Former Husband's Boss)
Chap 13: The Silence of Kay

Kayla cleans fish in the kitchen sink of the house, painstakingly 8-year-old boy weeding fresh fish with his two tiny hands.

Kay, who used to help Dew cook in the kitchen, made the little girl easily hold a knife. Once the fish is clean, Kayla makes seasoning, bruising the fish. While waiting for the seasoning to sink in. Kayla took the vegetables out of the refrigerator, cut them into pieces and washed them thoroughly. Preparing the seasoning and starting to heat the pan, Kay fried the seasoning, after Kay fragrant put the vegetables.

While waiting for the vegetables to ripen, Kay heats another pan filling with oil and starts frying the fish. Kayla moved on the vegetable frying pan next to her to frying the fish. incorporating salt and flavoring, Kay tested the flavor. After feeling fit, Kayla turned off the stove.

"Leave frying the fish" he said excitedly.

That afternoon Kayla was cooking at home, Mama Yura who was off work because she was pregnant was lazing in the room. Kayla is the one she asked to clean the house and cook. Nausea and tired she says if cooking or doing homework. To force the little girl to do everything.

It has been almost a few days Kayla did not have time to go to the orphanage because of her busyness at home. It has been almost 2 months since Yura was declared pregnant, Kay is the one doing homework after school. Of course it was all Yura's initiative and unbeknownst to her husband.

Yura did not want her ration to be reduced because she had to pay ART to clean the house, after all, there was a child from the deckil woman who lived here. with a little threat, the boy must have said.

After the cooking was done, and the equipment was washed clean, Kayla prepared to go to the orphanage. He went past Yura who was playing hp in the living room with the tv on.

"Eehh, where are you going?" her reprimands saw Kayla just carelessly slurping at her.

"You're looking for Mama Yura."

"Homework is done yet?"

"It's Ma."

"Yes already! go there." thrusting her hand towards Kayla, Kayla kissed Mama Yura's hand."Go home before five. Don't let your father get mad." continued ketus.

"Yes Ma."

Kayla walked to the front asphalt road. There is an ojek base, after riding on the motorbike, the ojek sir drove him to the office.

Arriving at the Dewan is still working at the restaurant, Kay only met Catty who had been waiting and longed to play with him.

"Kay, why do you rarely come here?"Catty welcomed with a protester and a frown on her face.

Kayla smiled broadly. This one friend is known to be spoiled, but good-hearted.

"I'm busy studying for the Cat exam."reasoning.

"Why not study here?"

"Home can concentrate more, here you disturb." grin.

"Kay!" Hit Kay's body slowly. Kay laughed, the two little girls were already engrossed in joking and playing together.

Kayla never told anyone that she was home doing all the housework, cleaning the house, cooking. Just washing the not. Yura decided to just overdo it. Because Kayla can't do it. Kayla once made her expensive clothes blunt when ironing them. Until Yura had to punish him. And of course Danu doesn't know.

Yura will be nice to Kay in front of Danu, but different if Danu is not there, Kay is treated like a babu at her own father's house. Because to Yura, Kay was just a burden. Danu insists on bringing Kay. Although Kay's custody on behalf of Dewun. It was their agreement, if Kay wanted to be financed Kay had to stay with her father.

At 15:00 Dew parked his motorbike in the yard of the home.

Kay was already standing in the main hall waiting for her mother. Dew smiled broadly at the sight of her daughter who had not been seen for several days. A happy murat emanated on the dull face of the Dew. Her tired face had been replaced. Saw Kay there.

"Kay!" yells. "Mother kangen." ran to hug Kayla.

"So, Mom."

The dew loosened his embrace.Look at the face of his daughter kissed her face.

"Why are you getting so skinny, son?"turning his son's body a thorough look.

"Kay was busy learning Mom, sometimes to forget to eat."reasoning that his mother was not worried with a little stick out her tongue and a small bite.

Dew looked at haru, fun and also sad.

"Student learning is Kay, but you still have to remember to eat. Don't get acid."Dew rang the little girl's nose.

"Let's eat with mom." take Dew to the kitchen.

In Kayla's kitchen, Catty and Dewun as well as several orphanage children made snacks and chatted. They make mocils and risols, once fried, consumed by them. Dew was occasionally vacuumed before landing on the plate and toilet by small hands scrambling in the kitchen.

It just makes Dewun happy, surrounded by children. Dew even forgets if it ever cries over her divorce.

TOKTOOK

the sound of a meeting between two loud objects was heard, making the entire kitchen turn to him. Malvin with work clothes that are still attached to his body, standing on the kitchen door that is a link with the side yard of the home.

"Well, there's a lot of people here? Has the night market moved here?" he said he saw the children in the kitchen.

Catty ran to greet Daddy Mal with a hug. Malvin hugged and held her. Kay looked at them with an envious look. Even Danu's father never treated her that way. She was so busy working and being with Mama Yura when she was at home. During the holidays his father was more often in the room or traveling with Mama Yura, making Kay prefer to go to the orphanage to see his mother.

"Kay baby?"The dew that understood what his son was feeling called out, trying to distract him.

"Yes mother?"

"Yesaaa...." Dew thrusting a warm risol at Kayla's mouth, Kayla bit a bit.

"Uuuugg, hot ma'am."the Kayla protest blew the risol already in his mouth. Kay's slightly loud voice made Malvin turn his head.

Dew chuckles.

"You haven't eaten risol, have you?" said dew who realized Kay from earlier only ate mocil and was busy rolling risol to be fried.

"Well.."The dew vaporizes the risol again into Kay's mouth.

Malvin who had noticed the two of them walking closer, Catty had come down from his Daddy's sling joking and scrambling with his friend.

"Shortly mom. I'm still chewing." - Grumbled Kay.

"You chewed for a long time, like a toothless granny."ledek Dew with a crisp laugh.

Without warning Malvin bit the risol in the hands of the floating Dew, making the woman jumped in shock. Felt his finger touch Malvin's lips.

"Don't kid!"puji Malvin stared softly at the Dew. Makes the heart of Dew slightly vibrate.

"Uncle Malvin, it's Risol Kay!"kay protests with round eyes seeing his risol eaten by Malvin.

Malvin chuckles.

"You don't eat, so Uncle only eats."

The kitchen atmosphere was boisterous again, with the laughter of the children and Malvin joining in. Dew has also re-fried Mocil and risol alternately. And always at all, lift up, straight out.

Malvin stood up from his seat staring at the back of the frying Dew. Slowly Malvin approached a little to notch his back behind the Dew, whispering softly in the woman's ear.

"I Miss You."

Dew fell silent, of course he was shocked, but he did not want to show his reaction. Malvin shifted his body slightly, leaning against the concrete table beside the Dew.

"Youre not?"

Malvin did not come for a few days because he was out of town for work. He also doesn't know if Kay hasn't been here in the last few days.

Malvin was still standing there staring at the woman who was still busy with her frying pan. Sok doesn't care.

"No kangen?"

The dew gave up, he looked towards Malvin, he said,

"Youre not?"

"No." said Dew slowly."Can't you stop bothering me."

"Aaa, so I'm just a bug for you?"

Dew laughs funny,

"Stop teasing me, sir."

"You cheat. Didn't we agree to be friends? Why do you still use that word?" narrowed one eye.

Dew chuckling.

"Go with Catty."

"Catty already has friends of her own. He doesn't need me." pointed at Catty with his chin.

"So now you're me....."

There was a noise in front of the home. Dew and Malvin turned.

"Kay, your father is looking for you" said one of the children who ran from the door connected from inside the parlour. His face looked tense and riled up.
