Bryan faithfully accompanies Shea. Her hands did not stop stroking and gently massaged Shea's back.

Every now and then, Bryan told Shea funny things, in order to reduce the stress felt by his wife.

As her mother-in-law was massaging her back gently, Shea felt the fluid from her birth canal feel more out. "It looks like the water is getting more and more out" said Shea.

Bryan, Melisa and Daniel panic when they hear Shea. Bryan pressed the patient's bell to call the doctor. The doctor quickly came to check on Shea.

When checking turned out the amniotic fluid that came out, now mixed with concentrated blood. The baby's heart rate has also begun to weaken, and the baby's movement also begins to decrease.

"It looks like we have to have a cesarean section as soon as possible" the doctor told Bryan.

"What's the operation?" Melisa was really weak to hear if her son-in-law had to have surgery.

"Do your best for my wife, Doc." Bryan could only stop. One thing on his mind was the safety of his son and wife.

"Preparate the cesarean section right now" said the doctor to the nurse.

Things are getting tense. The nurses began to prepare for the operation. They moved Shea to the operating room.

Melisa can only resign, seeing her daughter-in-law will be in surgery. In her arms she cried, feeling her fear.

When Shea is taken out, Alex, Felix, and Helena look on in confusion, but they know if action will be taken on Shea. The three of them were not less calm.

"Lex," call Helena scared. Her body trembled imagining Shea had to be operated on.

Alex, realizing that Helena was so frightened, took her into his arms.

"I didn't mean to make it like this" said Helena. Her tears could not be dammed anymore because it made Shea have to give birth early.

"Calm down! Shea's gonna be okay."

Helena nodded. She wished Shea well, and the operation went smoothly, because otherwise, she was the one who regretted the most.

The cold operating room did not make Bryan take off his wife's hand. Bryan who was allowed to accompany the operation did not let go of the opportunity. She faithfully strengthened Shea who was struggling in the operating bed.

Outside the operating room, Melisa, Daniel, Felix, Alex and Helena were no less anxious waiting for the surgery.

When doctors are seen crossing them and entering the operating room they are sure that surgery will begin.

Inside the operating room, the nurses prepare the tools to be used to perform the operation. There are scalpels, scissors and some tools to perform a cesarean section. The nurse began to attach an oxygen hose to Shea's nose. Covering the lower part of the stomach with a curtain as a barrier to the operation process.

"It hurts, honey," Shea said.

Bryan felt more pain in his heart when he saw his wife who was in so much pain. "Calm down, everything's gonna be fine. We'll meet our son." Bryan assured me that all the processes would be smooth. Bryan incessantly whispered the chant of prayer right in Shea's ear.

The doctor begins the action, by injecting an anesthetic in the left thigh and spine. Waiting for a moment, the doctor let the dope work. Shea slowly felt half her body numb.

"What feels?" ask the doctor to touch Shea's stomach, to check if the dope is working.

"No."

Upon hearing Shea's answer, and making sure that the dope was working, the doctor began slashing Shea's stomach layer by layer. The doctor continues to suck the amniotic fluid that is still left in the womb. Finally, looking for the position of the baby's head, the doctor removes the baby slowly. The baby boy with a small body the size of a pineapple was trying to be removed by a doctor from Shea's stomach.

However, unfortunately there was no crying when the baby came out, no pulse, and no movement. The doctor shook his head to look at Bryan and Shea, as if to indicate if it was not as desired if everything went smoothly.

"Our son, honey?" shea looked at Bryan. Shea's tears break, discovering the reality of the absence of crying from her baby boy. His heart was broken when the child he later had to let go of.

Bryan was no less destroyed, his tears were no less dripping when he saw his son was not crying and probably lifeless. The kiss he gave Shea, to strengthen his wife. Although he was destroyed, but his wife was more broken.

Waiting for the doctor who is still continuing the process of surgery, Shea can only pray there will be a miracle from God.
