The trap...

That afternoon, Zafier was on his way to Amsterdam. He breathed a sigh of relief because all the affairs of Alex's oom company can be handled well.

Zafier's driver was already waiting for his master's arrival. Seeing Zafier walk out the airport door, the driver was ready with all of Zafier's belongings.

"Welkom meneer (welcome sir)", said Bart the driver.

"Is everything Bart fluent?", asked Zafier.

"Everything is under control, sir", replied Bart.

"Master wants a break in the apartment or to the company?", asked Bart.

"Take me to Bart's company. I have to make sure everything is good in Amsterdam. I plan to go to Indonesia after this Bart, daddy needs me" Zafier said as he entered the car that would take him to the company.

"Okay sir", Bart replied, starting to drive the car.

About 30 minutes drive from the airport. Zafier's car entered his company's parking lot.

Zafier rushed towards the special elevator that would take him into the room. Zafier was greeted by the secretary before entering his room.

"Welkom meneer (welcome sir)", said Ivy the secretary.

Zafier answered Ivy's greeting with a smile. Next Zafier entered the room he had been left in for several months. It was the same as when he left the room.

In his elegant study, Zafier began to sink with all the files on his desk.

Shortly afterwards, a knock was heard at the door. Zafier opens the door automatically. Gavin entered the room with a big smile.

"Finally you're back as boss" Gavin said.

"I will go again after this Gavin, to Indonesia. Daddy needs me" Zafier said, but his eyes were still focused on the files on his desk.

"I understand Zafier, your daddy has needed you so much for so long. I'm grateful you finally realized too. Your dad must be so happy you're back there" Gavin said with a relieved face.

"You know why I went there, Gavin. Not to go back there but to select a future wife daddy. I hope daddy gets a good woman, who can help the daddy business" Zafier said.

"Aren't you afraid that woman will rule over all your daddy's possessions?", asked Gavin.

"You know I don't need daddy's treasure. I just need my Gwen" replied Zafier.

Gavin no longer knew what to say. Gavin realizes Zafier has everything. His life was almost perfect, if only Zafier had a wife or at least a future wife.

"What about the company?, is everything going well?", asked Zafier.

"Zafier all business matters I can handle well, only I can't convince you of your business relationship, Mr. Frank De Groot, he insisted on meeting you. I think that's the reason, the main purpose is to match you with his only daughter, Ilse De Groot", explained Gavin again as he threw a teasing smile at Zafier, who was only greeted with a sour face Zafier.

"But you remember Zafier, you have to be careful with Frank De Groot, he's very cunning. His daughter is the same. He's liked you for a long time. He can do anything to get you into his arms" Gavin said

"Oiya, I almost forgot. Before you go to Indonesia, it's good to see Gwen's family. Lady Beatrice Wetselaar misses you so much, she asks you through her eldest son Mr Boris Wetselaar" Gavin reminded.

"Are you planning on looking for him again?", asked Gavin curiously.

"definitely Gavin. All this time my people in Indonesia have always been looking for it", replied Zafier confident

"I can only pray that you can find him soon" Gavin said.

"Tonight are you interested in coming to the club with me?", asked Gavin again.

"I just want to rest in my apartment Gavin, I'm so tired" replied Zafier

"If you're tired, why did you come straight here from the airport" asked Gavin.

"I have to make sure with my own eyes that all business in the company goes well. After that I can rest in peace" replied Zafier again.

"Basic mister perfect", said Gavin. Zafier just laughed.

"Oiya, when do I schedule your meeting with Frank De Groot?", asked Gavin.

"Last week alone, because next week I plan to go to Indonesia" replied Zafier.

"Lord...so fast was Zafier, couldn't I have enjoyed life a little longer?", asked Gavin with a face of pity.

"It could be, it could even be forever, I just have to fire you" Zafier replied casually.

"Iish, you are so cruel Zafier", annoyed Gavin again accompanied by the laughter of Zafier.

According to Gavin's schedule, Zafier will meet Frank De Groot at Ciel Bleu Restaurant this afternoon. A restaurant that ranks 11th in the list of 15 most expensive Michelin-starred restaurants in the world by Chef's Pencil, an international culinary magazine.

The Michelin Star (Michelin-starred) is one of the highest honors in the culinary world. This award is given to fine dining restaurants with the best quality. Although not all of them, most Michelin-starred restaurants are famous for their high prices.

Zafier was 10 minutes late from his promise with Frank. This is because he visited Beatrice Wetselaar first. His serious talks with Beatrice and Boris Wetselaar caused time to travel so quickly without them noticing.

Boris just smiled. Then sit in front of Frank. Not long after the waiter brought me a drink. One drink for Zafier.

"Sorry Mr. Wetselaar, I didn't know you were coming, so I just ordered a drink for Zafier" Frank said.

" It doesn't matter Mr. De Groot" Boris said.

"Please drink Mr. Zafier Safaraz", said Ilse with a voice made as daring as possible, not to forget also his teasing gaze on Zafier.

"Thank you Miss De Groot, but later after Mr. Wetselaar's drink comes" Zafier refused. Ilse looks upset.

Before long, the waiter brought Boris' order. The waiter gave one extra drink that they did not order. Ilse also took the drink. After that, they brought drinks and toast.

Boris seemed to smile mysteriously as Ilse began to gulp down her drink bit by bit.
