Ars saw a tiny baby d was in the hold of a nurse to give to Ajeng.
"Mommy I want to see my beautiful and funny sister" Ars said.
Ajeng received the baby while looking at her husband.
"Honey, that's your sister..."
"Your brother is Ars's man" Jonathan chimed in on Ajeng's confused remarks.
Ars was so surprised how his baby brother might be a boy. Obviously when she saw the results of her Mammary Ultrasound, her sister's gender was female.

But Jonathan passed by and went straight into the mansion. Made Alex shake his head.
"But you said at the time that Ars' sister was a girl. But why is he now a man" Ars said from behind the door.

"Ars, are you here?" said Ajeng smiling.
"Mommy, Raiden keeps making my ears hurt. Ars wants to go to Ars' room, next time Mami doesn't make him cry again. Later Ars ear hurt because he continued to hear his cries," said Ars flat and passed away.
"Dear, thank you for making your sister milk" said Ajeng who saw her son come out of his room.
