Doctor Haikal, who saw Rico, could only return his smile and even shake his head, like a person who was tired of Rico's attitude.

Rico just kept quiet, thinking about the advice Haikal's doctor had just given him. "If I tell them, can I recover doc?" Rico asked, with a little laugh.

"It doesn't heal, but at least you're not alone when your breath is gone." Haikal answered seriously, but Rico took it as a joke.

"Suster, if you're done, make sure to contact the room to get it ready!" Pinta Haikal again, on the sister who is still busy pairing the infusion on Rico.

Haikal was seen again sitting in his chair, where Vino was also there.

"Rico, do you have a wish?" Haikal asked with his face displaying sadness.

"No doc." Replied Rico, no less flat.

Haikal again seemed to be shaking his head slowly. "How's it going Doc?" Ask Vino's.

Haikal raised his gaze, and looked towards Vino. "Your sister is suffering from glioblastoma or what we commonly call Brain Cancer, and it has reached the final stage." Haikal, explaining the illness Rico suffered on Vino. Which made the young man immediately round his big eyes, even directly glancing towards Rico.

"Don't look at me like that, I don't need to be pitied" Rico said, as he received a stare from Vino.

"Then how's doc? Is he still healing?" Vino asked, who was looking back at Haikal's doctor.

"For two years he struggled with his pain, and he also never did chemotherapy, nor surgery to remove his cancer cells, so can you think if he will recover in this last stage?" Ask Haikal back. Making Vino immediately rub his head dizzy.

How foolish the boy, for two years that he should be able to use to heal, was spent.

"Now that cancer cells have attacked completely in his brain even to other parts, we will perform surgery, to remove it, and hopefully this can extend his life temporarily. But I can't guarantee it."
