In response to Ye Chen's remark, Usopp let out a black fog with his full strength. Instantly the air of five hundred kilometers was covered in black fog which continuously let out a pitiful and heart-wrenching howl sound.

Usopp waved again and looked like he was chanting a spell, but when seen clearly, his mouth was not a whistle but blowing something. He also had Bai Hai use fire techniques as support for his attacks.
