Nina closed her eyes. Bagas grabbed Nina's shoulder and twisted the woman's body facing her. She kissed Nina's lips gently, as the woman opened her eyes.
“Do you want to be my lover? My lover for life?” bagas stared intently at Nina's eyes.
“Am I dreaming?” Nina seemed to not believe what she was going through at the moment.
Bagas smiled, then pinched Nina's cheek. “Basic Mochi is stupid,” he said chuckling.
“Sick..” Nina held onto her cheek.
“Reply answer me now, or I will not let go of you,”ucap Bagas while wrapping his hands around Nina's hips.
“Bagas, what are you doing?” Nina's eyes rounded feeling Bagas' hand touching her hip. “Are you proposing to me?”
“Hmm, you could say that. Wh why? You don't want to?”
“Not so, but..”
“But what?” Bagas frowned.
“Do I deserve you? I'm just a woman-”
Bagas covered Nina's mouth with his hands. “Husst, you are forbidden to say that ... or you will be punished.”
“Punished?” Nina doesn't understand.
Bagas also smiled obliquely and then again kissed Nina's lips at a glance. “That's his punishment.”
“You!” Nina glared shut her mouth.
“How many times have you kissed me, you pervert!”
Bagas looked into Nina's eyes. The woman scrunched her forehead. Heard the words of Bagas. “What do you mean? You know Naina's sister? Bagas tell me, what exactly did Gerry mean this afternoon? What do you have to do with Naina and Gerry?”
“Naina was my ex-lover when we both attended the same university, in Amsterdam,” Bagas said, her voice softened and her gaze turned sad.
Nina covered her mouth with her hands feeling very surprised. “No way, are you the man Kak Naina used to tell you about?”
“He ever told you about me?” ask Bagas
Nina nodded. “She said that she felt guilty to her lover, for having betrayed her until she was pregnant with Gio back then.”
Unknowingly Bagas tears dripped. Nina who saw it instantly wiped those tears from her face. “Do you love Naina very much?”
“Does he love me because the eyes I have are those of Kak Naina?” nina's mind was mixed.
Bagas nodded his head. “I love him so much .. but it was then, that feeling was long gone.”
Nina held her head back. He had felt weak to hear the words of Bagas and his mind that could not think clearly.
“And now, there is no other woman I love besides you, Mochi.” Bagas cupped Nina's face and drew closer to the woman's forehead gently and lovingly.
Nina immediately hugged Bagas tightly. And vice versa. Bagas sprayed Nina's head with a warm kiss.
“I'm ready to accept you as you are, no,”-Bagas interrupts his words-“but I mean ... I'm ready to accept you and Gio to be a part of my life.”
Nina further tightened her embrace and drowned her face in Bagas' chest. It was as if feeling extremely scared if this was just a dream that would disappear in an instant. But the truth is this is not a dream.
Except for the truth and the reply of the almighty to him. For his patience so far lived a difficult life filled with sadness. Is this a bright spot, that absolute bliss will approach it? Nina hoped the gift existed. Hopefully in the future he and Gio can feel happiness with the presence of Bagas in their lives.
