This morning everyone in the Zhang Clan was doing their daily routines. In the Clan hall, Zhang Quro was welcoming the arrival of a guest from the Upper Realm Empire, as well as a General from the Qing Empire. Coming at almost the same time Zhang Quro let his two guests simultaneously enter the Clan hall. However, while inside the Clan hall, the guest from the Upper Realm Empire who was a Minister, was unwilling to sit on par with the General of the Qing Empire.

The minister from the Upper Realm Empire had even considered himself very worthy of sitting in the seat of the Clan Head that Zhang Quro occupied. However, he did not force his will because he remembered Emperor Yin Wugou's message about the Zhang Clan that could not be underestimated.

In the end he sat on the seat belonging to the first chairman that was still empty, amidst the cynical gazes of the entire Zhang Clan higher-ups who disliked his existence in the Clan hall.

Zhang Quro, the top brass of the Zhang Clan and the General of the Qing Empire, smiled faintly at what had befallen the Minister of the Upper Realm. If only the man was not from the Upper Realm Empire, they might have sent the man to meet the God of Death. Yin Shing chuckled softly at Zhang Quro's reply which was in accordance with Emperor Yin Wugou's estimation, “Yang His Imperial Majesty had already predicted that Clan Chief Zhang would reject his wish, saying, therefore His Majesty the Emperor has given me full authority to declare war with the Zhang Clan. However, His Majesty the Emperor has given you one month to rethink what His Majesty the Emperor has offered the Zhang Clan.”

“Then for the Qing Empire, the Upper Realm Empire undauntedly declared war with the Qing Empire, that the Qing Empire interfered in the dispute between the Upper Realm Empire and the Zhang Clan.” Yin Shing felt above the wind as everyone in the hall fell silent, upon hearing the declaration of war coming out of his mouth.

Laughter sounds rang out from Zhang Yu's direction as soon as he read Emperor Yin Wugou's letter, “Klan Zhang had to submit and obey under the rule of the Upper Realm Empire, the, and the Zhang Clan also had to give half the resources of the Clan to the Upper Realm Empire in order to gain Clan status under the protection of the Upper Realm Empire.
