Eko's Concerns

After a few weeks of just spending time inside the academy, Azzam finally with the others, could spend time outside. Even if it is only a few hours, it makes them happy.

They take a walk to the center of Yogyakarta while hunting culinary. Zakaria, curious about the taste of gudeg, invited his friends to eat gudeg. Eko takes them to a place to sell gudeg that tastes good and the price is friendly in the bag. He had indeed memorized the ins and outs of this Yogya city, because the area lived not far from the city center.

It was the first time to taste gudeg, but Zakaria already liked it. He ordered complete gudeg rice to fill his rumbling stomach. Gudeg, chicken opor, crackle, tempeh and tofu bacem into his plate. Eko just shook his head looking at the full Zakaria plate.

“Your plate doesn't look, Zak,” joked Eko.

“The dishes are all eaten with Zaka, hahaha.”

“Asem.”

The four immediately enjoy the rice gudeg which is already very famous to foreign countries. Even now there is already gudeg packaging in cans, which is more practical and durable. After enjoying gudeg rice, they go back around to find other foods, or just wash their eyes.

Seno invites others to buy bakpia and some other foods. There was also a lot of food that he bought. This, of course, invites other suspicions.

“Sen... What do you buy a lot of food for? Not afraid of inspection?” azzam Tegur.

“Not for me. There are friends who can't get out, nitip food.”

“Ooh.”

Others believe what Seno says, but not Eko. He suspected that what his best friend was doing had something to do with the senior he had seen behaving badly to Seno. But Eko said nothing to Azzam and Zacharias before everything was clear.

After being satisfied to go around, Azzam and the others returned to the academy. They headed straight for the flat to rest. Seno quietly exited her flat and headed towards the flat where Gusti was. Eko peeked out from behind the door of his room, then followed Seno silently.

Seno handed over the groceries she had bought to Gusti. The man looks happy. The clapping of Seno's jaw several times, his own clap was strong enough to make a sound when his palm collided with the young man's jaw. Eko saw it all from behind the wall and clenched his hands.

After delivering the order, Seno immediately returned to his room. He was surprised when Eko suddenly pulled his hand. The young man pulled Seno towards their flat room, but they stopped at a place a little far away.

“Why buy food for them?” ask Eko without further ado.

“Ngga. Not every day either.”

“But this is not good, Sen. For a long time they have been getting worse. Aduin to commander.”

“Do not. They also do not ask for something every day. They will also graduate soon. Sure they will not do anything strange before graduating.”

“Ko. I'm not anything.”

Eko could do nothing more when Seno insisted on covering up what Gusti and his two friends were doing. He only hoped that what Seno said was true, if Gusti would not mess around before his graduation which was only a matter of half a semester more.

The day that awaited to be able to vacation and stay at home Eko finally arrived. After completing the final semester exam, they are allowed to take a vacation. Azzam, Eko, Zakaria and Seno left their flats in day cruise service clothes while carrying backpacks. They immediately headed to the post to give the guards a holiday permit.

Together with other cadets they queue to submit a vacation permit and fill out a ledger. Instead, they filled out the book and signed it. Several times they answered questions from trainers who were monitoring cadets who were doing permits in the post.

“Where are you going?” ask the coach.

“Ready! Bantul, commander.”

“To whose home?”

“Ready! To home Eko.”

“Do not be naughty.”

“Ready!”

“Do not tempt women there.”

“Ready! No, commander.”

“Ready! But what if Azzam is teased, commander?” ask Zakaria.

“Oh it's different things, hahaha.”

After finishing filling out the ledger, the four of them saluted the coach, then immediately left the academy. They will head to Yogya square to wait for Yakob's arrival. From there they will go straight to Eko's house. In the afternoon they will head to the Giwangan terminal to pick up Willi.
