My Love Journey's

My Love Journey's
Met Him Again

"Hey, darling." Travis ran over to me.

I smiled at him and he grabbed me by the shoulder and led me out of the hospital. "Where are you going?" ask as soon as we get out the front door and enjoy the cold autumn breeze.

The sun had set while the lights were already on at every corner of the parking lot. "You go home." I replied, not objecting to his action of embracing me this close. It was enough to help me fight the cold for a moment, but nothing more, really. "You?"

"How about we just relax for a second? There was a pretty cool bar not far from here." he muttered as he offered while attaching the jacket to his shoulder.

I doubt. Paul has returned to Berlin today and he sent me a message this morning, asking if I have time to have dinner with him tonight. I haven't answered anything, my mind is still full of her photos with the model. To be honest, I'd love to see him, but I haven't decided if I'll see him tonight or tomorrow morning.

"All right," I muttered at Travis' offer, smiling again. "But it can't be long, because there's something I have to do tomorrow morning."

Travis nodded. "Yes, no problem." he said, pulling me closer to his side. "I'm driving."

We talked all the way to the bar. Well, Travis, who spoke while I was just listening, occasionally responded with a smile or a subtle laugh as he recounted the circumstances in the operating room. By the way he handled four operations today.

I wonder what Paul is doing now. Has she found another girl who will warm her bed because I didn't return the message?

We arrived at a 'small' bar that was not at all small. The place was huge and was already full of people who wanted to spend the night soaring, but I didn't mind because we just stopped by for a while.

Travis and I walked into the bar, and as I sat at our table, Travis stepped up to the bartender's table to order a drink. I play with my phone while waiting for him.

To: Paul: I'm having a drink with my friend right now, and I go straight home after that. How about we meet tomorrow at lunchtime?

I sent a reply to the message he sent this morning. When the three dots that indicated he was typing appeared on our conversation screen, I smiled like a madman.

From: Paul: Do you mind if we join?

To: Paul: We? You're with your friends?

From: Paul: Just Carl, his girlfriend, and me. We're at Badfish Club, but I feel like a mosquito repellent here.

To: Paul: Oh, haha. I'm at a bar not far from the hospital with Travis, my friend. Lion Bar.

From: Paul: We'll be there in ten minutes, love.

As soon as I put my phone on the table, Travis came over and sat across from me and gave me a bottle of beer.

"What's wrong? Why are you smiling like that?" travis said as he chuckled, looking at me with a curious look.

I laughed, grabbed a beer from his hand and lowered my head. "It's nothing. By the way, do you mind if Paul and his two friends join us?"

The smile on Travis' face vanished. "Paul Klug's? Why?" He looked confused, making me feel guilty.

Travis obviously liked me and knew what was going on between Paul and me, but I let Paul join me instead.

"He, uhm.he said he felt like a mosquito repellent because he was with Carl who brought his girlfriend" I explained.

Travis watched me for a while, before nodding weakly. "Okay, no problem. Let me tell you, I'm a big fan of our national team, and being able to meet Carl Austerlitz in person is a golden opportunity!"

I laughed in response to the change in his expression that now seemed enthusiastic. "I've met him once when Paul was injured, it seems like he's a nice guy." I said, then sipped a beer. "Please, don't be hysterical when he comes. Okay, Travis?"

Now it's Travis's turn to laugh with his head on. "It must be hard, but I'll try to control myself." he joked.

I grinned. "You know, maybe we'll be the center of attention once they come, and I'm sure you'll be uncomfortable..."

"Hey, there."

My words were cut off by the voice of someone I knew very well. When I turned my head, I found Paul looking at me with a big smile.

"Paul, hi..." I stood up and hugged him at a glance.

Suddenly my breath choked as he held my body longer in his arms, both of his hands coiled around my waist and he pulled me closer.

Her hard, muscular body instantly made my stomach tense, and it was only by touching like that that that that that my knees were squeezed. Since I only held her with one hand on her neck, I was forced to raise my other hand to her chest. As fast as lightning tried to pull away from him.

"You look amazing" she said to me, her hot breath hitting my ears and causing shameful vibrations to flow through my blood. As soon as we separated, a smile appeared on his face that indicated he felt it too.

I took a step back and let them get acquainted. Travis stood up, with a friendly smile extending his hand before Paul.

I watched closely as Paul's brows furrowed and his smile wavered as his eyes fell on Travis. The situation begins to look uncomfortable, before he finally receives Travis' helping hand.

"It's nice to meet you" Paul said, trying to sound polite but clearly not interested in getting to know Travis.

Travis nodded with a smile. "It's nice to meet you too. Bianka said Carl Austerlitz was here, too..."

"Yes, I ordered a drink. They will soon follow." replied Paul as he pulled up a chair and sat down next to me.

Then she looked at me, patted my chair, and gave me a childish smile. I sat down and returned his smile, feeling a little awkward at the tension that was going on between the two men, especially from Paul. While Travis seems calmer, too eager to meet Carl.

"Is Travis with you in that picture?" Paul whispered to me, leaning his body so Travis wouldn't hear our chatter. And without the need for so sound will not be heard because drowned by the loud bang of music.

I turned my head to look at Paul with a confused look. He recognized Travis through the stupid photos taken by the three teenagers?

"Yes." I replied briefly, observing the change in his expression.

"Are you guys dating?" he asked again, and I quickly turned to Travis, who was sitting across from us, to make sure he didn't hear anything. Luckily, he was looking at the bartender's desk. Travis can't wait to see Carl.

"Why is that?" I asked back while chuckling.

"Because if you're in contact with someone, I'll stop chasing you." he muttered frankly, and my gaze returned to him with glaring eyes. Is he serious?

I raised my eyebrows high in response to his hypocritical attitude. He's the one with the fucking model...

I sighed, once again trying to convince myself that I didn't have to meddle in her affairs and what happened to us was just a one-night affair. That's core.

"You? Chase me? Paul, we only fuck once. I do like it, but it's just there." I muttered softly, then smiled at him.

"But you saved me too and we had a romantic dinner, right?"

I chuckle, can't believe he's talking about the concussion. "No. It was just a mild concussion and I gave you medicine because it's my job." I shook my head a few times. "Listen, Paul, our relationship is just a one-night date. Not more."

"Give me a chance to feel it again."

I frowned, not understanding what he meant. "Feel what? Concussion?"

"No! Dating last night" she said, slowly putting her hand on my thigh.

I had no time to get rid of her hands, so I let her, giving my body a chance to enjoy the warmth for a moment.

"Paul.." I was nervous. "If you see pictures of Travis and I scattered everywhere, believe me I saw them too. Don't think me stupid, Paul. We're having fun, but just like you said, I don't want to go after someone who has a relationship with someone else either."

He was silent for a while before looking down and nodding weakly. He pulled his hand off my thigh, and damn it I want him to keep it there.

"Hello, I'm Travis, it's an honor to meet you in person!"

I took my eyes off Paul to see Travis standing up to welcome Carl Austerlitz and the same beautiful blonde model that Paul was carrying sleeping in his hotel room.

"You're overreacting, Travis. I'm Carl." Carl smiled at Travis before turning his head towards me who was focusing on observing the beautiful model next to him. "How are you, Bianka?"

"Well, thank you." I said, then looked at Paul and the model took turns.

Did Paul fuck his friend's lover?

"This is Vallerie, my lover." Carl introduced the model to Travis and me.

We shake hands. He seems nice, but I haven't been able to get rid of my bad thoughts about him.

Carl put the beer he brought to the table and we sat down in each chair. I listened carefully to Carl and Travis even though I didn't understand at all the essence of their conversation about sports and such.

"You shouldn't just trust gossip magazines, Rapunzel." I nearly jumped out of the chair as Paul whispered and suddenly slapped his tongue into my ear. "I was just playing ball, there was no relationship with any woman" he added.
