Ch 41's. Advent Tower

The atmosphere was very awkward after Lan Xiuro did that. Gong Da'i looked at Ren Yuu with dense killing intent. Ren Yuu narrowed his eyes looking at Gong Da'i knowing that this would not end well.
"Cultivation of this fellow is an eighth stage Tier Core Formation. I won't be able to fight this guy directly."
Ren Yuu prepared to be ready if Gong Da'i attacked Ren Yuu suddenly. Although Ren Yuu would not be strong against him, Ren Yuu was not at all afraid of Gong Da'i.
Ren Yuu looked towards Lan Xiuro with an annoyed look. Lan Xiuro who felt Ren Yuu's annoyed gaze felt awkward as he realized his actions would invite enemies to Ren Yuu.
"Kill him!!" Gong Da'i's orders to his subordinates.
Yang Sun, Yuan Ni and Lan Xiuro were shocked to hear that. Lan Xiuro became afraid because he had just plunged Ren Yuu into the abyss due to his actions.
"Damn!!" Ren Yuu instantly took out his Dagger to prepare to be ready.
The four subordinates of Gong Da'i did not waste any time and attacked Ren Yuu simultaneously. Ren Yuu was extremely wary as they were four Tier Core Formation sixth stage.
Silent Teleport!!
Ren Yuu directly teleported to near the barrier. Turning his gaze towards the barrier, Ren Yuu looked again at Gong Da'i's subordinate.
They were all shocked because Ren Yuu disappeared and appeared at a distance of nearly thirty meters from them.
"Stop!!" Lan Xiuro shouted towards all of Gong Da'i's subordinates and blocked them from pursuing Ren Yuu.
Gong Da'i grew even more furious and directly blocked Lan Xiuro. "Hurry up and kill that man!!" Gong Da'i's orders.
"Good young master." The four of them immediately moved after replying simultaneously.
Seeing the four people coming, Ren Yuu did not waste any time and took out the Ice Flame. Ren Yuu put his hand on the ground and froze all the surrounding areas.
Seeing the ice spread out, the four of them paused for a moment. The four people knew that Ice Flame Ren Yuu was extremely strong and were shocked to see that.
"Gong Da'i? One day I will exterminate the Gong Clan right before your eyes." Ren Yuu immediately turned around after saying that.

Ren Yuu also coated his body with his profound energy as densely as possible then jumped into the barrier. It was impossible for him to escape even though Ren Yuu had the Silent Teleport Technique.

Extreme heat energy erupted and the area around Ren Yuu evaporated as the burst of Ren Yuu and Ren Yuu energy hit the barrier.
Ren Yuu was blocked by a barrier to enter. But, Ren Yuu took out all of his profound energy and started burning the barrier slowly.
"Stop that guy!!" Screeched Gong Da'i while moving towards Ren Yuu. The four subordinates of Gong Da'i chased after Ren Yuu in front of Gong Da'i.
While hitting the barrier, Ren Yuu felt a terrifying energy begin to gnaw at his body slowly. Clenching his teeth, Ren Yuu slowly walked inside.
Yang Sun, Yuan Ni and Lan Xiuro were also chasing to dissuade Gong Da'i and his subordinates from hurting Ren Yuu because this was their young miss's fault.
Ren Yuu sensed people approaching him. "Damn!! Faster!! Faster!!"
Crak crak crak!!
A slight crack was created in the barrier. Ren Yuu who saw that smiled and pointed his fist at the barrier while concentrating his profound energy as densely as possible. Then Ren Yuu struck towards the barrier.
"Destroyed!!"

Ren Yuu broke through the barrier and went straight inside. While passing through the barrier, the energy within the tower was also extremely terrifying as it contained dense Demonic energy.
Ren Yuu looked back and the barrier slowly fixed itself. One of the people tried to break down the barrier and was exposed to Demonic energy.

After the collision, the person's body began to have black patches.

That person shouted loudly and rolled over the roll while asking for help. "Please save me!! Help u!! Young master!!"
Everyone stopped and looked at the person and was shocked. His body slowly perforated the ground in the area of black patches as if devoured by something.
Seeing that, everyone kept their distance from him and looked towards the barrier and understood that the barrier was not simple at all.
Lan Xiuro trembled looking at that and knew Ren Yuu was holding her back earlier because she already knew.
"Yuu Shawn!!" Lan Xiuro shouted while looking at the barrier and directly approached there. Yang Sun and Yuan Ni immediately gave chase for fear that Lan Xiuro was acting rashly and touched the barrier.
Ren Yuu looked inside. Ren Yuu's body also had a slight black spot and tried to gnaw at his body. But, Yang Extreme energy Ren Yuu remained fighting back at all times.
"Yuu Shawn!!" Shouted Lan Xiuro in front of the barrier and looked at Ren Yuu who was just standing. Lan Xiuro was very panicked and was very sad for causing havoc towards Ren Yuu.
Lan Xiuro, Yang Sun and Yuan Ni were stunned to see him and felt Ren Yuu would die soon because the previous person was also already dying.
Ren Yuu was very upset with Lan Xiuro. Ren Yuu also understood Lan Xiuro's attitude of wanting to avoid Gong Da'i, but Lan Xiuro should have thought first.
Ren Yuu immediately looked forward again and started to step up because he felt that his Extreme Yang energy would not have much time against Demonic energy.
"If only the God Body Technique had already reached the third layer, this Demonic energy would no longer be a problem." Ren Yuu continued to drive forward while thinking about that and looked at the stairs and went straight up.
"Miss Lan, this time you have killed someone again in the same way." Yang Sun spoke carelessly because he did not know to read the atmosphere.
Yuan Ni felt sad as well and looked towards Yang Sun who could not read the atmosphere and cursed him inwardly.
Lan Xiuro petrified hearing Yang Sun's words. His body shook violently and tried to grab the barrier. However Lan Xiuro was immediately pulled by Yuan Ni.
"Do you want to die, miss?" Yuan Ni shouted and dragged Lan Xiuro away from the barrier.
"But Yuu Shawn is inside!!" Lan Xiuro rebelled to break away while continuing to shout.
Yuan Ni was annoyed and hit the back of Lan Xiuro's neck and knocked him unconscious.
"Even we can't help Yuu Shaw. We promised to help her." Yang Sun walked towards Yuan Ni with a grim face while saying that because they had originally promised to help Ren Yuu.
Yuan Ni sighed as he looked at the fainted Lan Xiuro and said, "we can't do anything. Miss Lan Xiuro is very difficult to know which one is good or not. That was why the sect master did not give him anything else after seeing his unreasonable attitude."
Yang Sun also nodded as he looked at the fainted Lan Xiuro and simply shook his head.
Because of that incident, many people were unwilling to touch the barrier and only attacked from a distance.
The enraged Gong Da'i continuously charged towards the barrier along with his subordinates. "I will kill that person personally even though he will definitely die in the end!! Quick attack stronger!!" Gong Da'i's orders to his subordinates.
All of Gong Da'i's subordinates nodded. Many people also attacked because they were curious about the contents of the tower.

The current Ren Yuu continued to rise to the top of the hunt as Ren Yuu felt that there would definitely be a way to ward off the Demonic energy from his body.
Arriving at the second floor, Ren Yuu only found a door and started opening it and went inside.
The room is empty. Ren Yuu was confused as there was no other door or stairway to head up. Suddenly the Demonic energy gathered and formed the figure of an old man with slightly reddish-black bat-like wings, having long white-colored hair and many wrinkles on his face. The old man was wearing black clothes from top to bottom.
"Welcome to the Advent tower young man!!" With a stoic face, the old man called out a stick that had a bat motif on it.
Ren Yuu looked at the old man in front of him and knew that the person in front of him was a projection of the rest of one's soul. It could be done if one reached Immortal Ascension. It can only be used to convey a message.
"Adven Tower?"
The old man nodded at Ren Yuu's question and said, "i am the last Patriarch of the Song clan. The Advent Tower was the tower used by the Song clan from the time of the Song clan to test all members of the Song clan."
"I see that you are not from the Song clan. The Demonic energy in your body will slowly kill the land since you are not part of our clan."
"If you want to clear the Demonic energy from your body, you must pass the test in the Advent tower."
Patriarch of the Song clan explained slowly the land to Ren Yuu, and it used an ancient language that Ren Yuu had learned.
Ren Yuu listened carefully to the words of Patriarch of the Song clan. Before saying that Ren Yuu took the exam, Ren Yuu asked slowly, "why are all ancient clans extinct?"
The patriarch of the Song clan saw Ren Yuu and knew that Ren Yuu used the same language even though it looked a little different. While staring at Ren Yuu carefully, Patriarch of the Song clan answered Ren Yuu's question.
"It was caused by the invasion of all the clans who were in the hell realm. I don't know how they got to this dimension, because our dimension and theirs are so different."
Ren Yuu was shocked from the revelation. Ren Yuu thought that the invading were beings from outside and not other dimensions.
"Does such a dimension really exist?" Hearing that, Ren Yuu still did not believe it completely.
"You're still too weak to know all that young man. There are still many secrets stored in this universe that are not even known by people far more powerful than me."
Patriarch of the Song clan said so that Ren Yuu did not lose motivation to continue advancing because Ren Yuu was only at the Mortal Tier.
"Divine Nature?" Ren Yuu asked seriously.
Patriarch of the Song clan was shocked because Ren Yuu knew that. Although the Patriarch of the Song clan was only a remnant of a soul, the Patriarch of the Song clan also knew how things were going in this world.
