After going through various activities to prepare for the comeback of Melo, finally Mini Album Melo was released in mid-October. According to the planned schedule.

As with Micah's prediction, Melo Mini Album did not satisfy many parties. Despite being assisted by Melons around the world, the album's sales disappointed many.

Melo's main song is less greget, so it is less in demand by many people. Especially in South Korea itself a lot of comments are skewed because disappointed.

Many people are amazed by what Melo achieved during the promotion period. Not only winning at various music shows, reaching the top 10 on the charts alone cannot.

MD Entertainment officials suddenly held a meeting to evaluate what happened with Mini Album Melo.

When they gathered, everyone was silent. There is no cheerful face, because no one can be happy with what Melo achieved. Since this was the first time in his career, Melo was at a low point.

At the time of Melo's debut, the song could be in the top 5 of the charts in South Korea. At the moment, to reach the top 10 on the charts alone is not capable.

After all the gathering, Darel remained seated quietly. The other members were silent and lowered. Especially Baek, since entering the room just silence and do not lift his face.

In silence, the MD Entertainment leader asked what was the cause of the failure of his Melo and Mini Album comeback. "Darel, you as Leader Melo, do you know the cause of all this?" The Director asked, looking at Darel.

"If you know, of course not, sir. We've been trying to do well for three months. If the products we offer are not in demand by the market, it must be evaluated again." Darel said calmly.

"Manager, why are you quiet? Didn't you before releasing the album, you already had to investigate or survey the market? And you know what we're selling, right?" Ask Director.

"Yes sir, I understand. We've been surveying and we're trying to offer you something new. We didn't expect a market response like this." Said Manager Melo.

"Gosh, all this time I thought you could read the tastes of the market well. It turns out that the taste of the market that you surveyed, like this? So you changed the Melo music that has been in demand by the market all this time?" Said the Director again.

"Darel, all this time you always give input to music and also the selection of Melo songs. Did you also change the color of Melo music that has been formed and known?" Ask the Director again to Darel.

"It seems I don't need to answer that question, sir. Because at the inaugural meeting to talk about Melo's comeback and the determination of the song for Melo Mini Album, Mr. Director was also present at this place." Darel replied, remain calm.

"If we were to look for the cause of Melo's comeback failure, we would look together for the cause. If found, we will evaluate together. What caused the failure, so Melo could be at the lowest point during this career." Darel.

"Because now, it's useless to look for who's wrong. What we should be aware of, Melo works and is related to art and music. So we should appreciate the writers who have contributed greatly during Melo's career." Say Darel again.

"As Melo's leader, I thank and apologize at the same time if the results this time are very disappointing." Darel said, then stood up and bowed his body.

"Maybe Mr. Yoon can give us advice. Because he is more senior than all songwriters today.  He has also accompanied Melo from the beginning of his career." Say Darel, and sit back. Mr. Yoon nodded while taking a deep breath.

"Thank you Darel, it's true that it's useless for us to be upset or angry. Everything has happened, let this be a bitter lesson to all. In order to go forward is not selfish and rash in deciding something that concerns the interests of many people." Said Mr. Yoon.

"Now we all have seen and felt, the problem of music is not like mathematics that already knows the end result. Music is about heart and feelings. If among those involved in the procurement of music is not in harmony with their hearts and feelings, then the music produced is also not in tune with the tone and rhythm." Said Mr. Yoon again.

Finally they closed the meeting with an unhappy face. After the meeting with Manager Melo and MD Entertainment officials, Darel went to his studio. Because for him, it's no longer fun to linger in the Agency.

As he was about to leave the room, Baek held back and asked Darel, David, Hwa and Chih to stay in the room. So the four of them sat down with Baek.

Darel actually does not want to be in a meeting room anymore. Because for him it is better to use the time for self-introspection. But because the other members had agreed to stay on Baek's request, Darel sat down with them again.

After a long wait for no one to make a sound, Darel invites Baek to say what he means to keep them in the room. Baek looked at Darel with emotion, seeing Darel who remained calm as if nothing had happened.

"You're upset that your song wasn't used in Melo's Mini Album? But why did you vent it to the group? Or do you want to show off in front of us and the Agency's top brass, if you're that great?" Baek asked in a row, because for him this was a chance to drop Darel in the eyes of the other three Melo members.

Then Baek was silent, after saying what was in his heart and mind. The other members stared at Darel with begging faces, so as not to cause a commotion. Darel's face was flushed.

"Have...? Are your words enough? If there's more, take it all out so your heart is clear." Darel said, but Baek remained silent.

"David, Hwa and Chih, if you have anything to say, please. Take out what's on your mind and heart, so that it's clear." Darel said, but the three other members remained silent and lowered their heads.

"Now, because you guys don't want to talk, so I'm talking. So raise your faces, and take a good look at what I'm saying." Darel spoke coldly and his face hardened.

The other members raised their faces and were shocked to see the face of Darel that they had never seen before. Darel is very serious and cold.

"Let's discuss one by one delivered by Baek earlier. First, he asked: 'Isn't this what I want?' So according to Baek, I want Melo to be at a low point like this." Said Darel while pointing at Baek, but staring at the other three members.

"Now according to the three of you, is that what Baek meant by his words earlier?" Asked Darel, then the three members of Melo nodded, confirming.

"Yes, Brother." David said yes, answering Darel's question.

"Now. You, Baek. Based on what or what reason made you accuse me of that? Because to me it's an accusation." Darel said as he looked at Baek without taking his eyes off. Long waiting, Baek remained silent, not answering Darel's question.

"Java...!!!" Said Darel while hitting the table with his hand. The four members of Melo jumped to their feet in shock at Darel's actions.

"Why do I need an answer from you? Because your answer determines whether I should discuss your next statement and question." Darel said seriously and kept staring at Baek.

The four of them sat back.

Baek remained silent, he was still shocked to see Darel's attitude. Because Darel in front of him is very different from Darel who he has always known. Baek doesn't seem to know him.

"If you have no reason to accuse me, you better not open your mouth. Because by opening your mouth, you're showing the real you." Darel said, keep staring at Baek sharply.

"Now, there is no need to look for scapegoats, white goats or rainbow goats to show that you are right. Simply introspect yourself and you will see and know which goat is the truth." Darel's words remain serious and cold.

"For the three of you, now you know. All decisions are about the group, not just you feeling the consequences. But many people around you who always help you, will feel the impact." Darel said, using the opportunity to advise the three youngest members.

"Maybe you can close the ears or eyes of all the insults and insults thrown at you. But the lives of many people are more sick and suffering than you feel. Because it's about their family's stomach." Say Darel again.

"So from now on, don't be selfish; don't just think of yourself in acting or making decisions. Because the lives of so many people are connected to us."

"Don't be silent; when you know something isn't right. Because after all that happened, an apology was able to treat many wounds." Darel said as he continued to look at the three youngest members.

The three members of Melo nodded their asses with reddened faces and dewy eyes. When he saw that Darel knew, they just went along and could not argue.

"And for you, Baek. Looking at the many crusaders on your body, it would be nice to go to church more often than to the bar or discotheque." Say Darel again, and immediately leave the room.

Baek becomes upset, while looking at Darel's back leaving the room. The other three members smiled and left the room.
