Affan takes Aira to the same hospital as Hana. It's not intentional actually he doesn't know if Hendro and the police took him to that hospital. They met in the waiting room.
Hana was already inside the treatment room while Hendro was still taking care of the administration in the front lobby. The police who escorted them were still standing guard in front of Hana's treatment room. They haven't told Hana's news to her family.
"Mas, I want to know how Hana is doing right now." Aira pleaded with Affan.
Aira and Affan were waiting for the officers to finish preparing the administration for them. Affan couldn't have left Aira alone. He did not blame Aira who was very curious about Hana's state considering she owed him a debt of gratitude.
"We will complete the registration for you. After that we ask where Hana's room is with Hendro." Affan asks Aira to be patient.
Aira nodded in agreement.
In the midst of the registration process carried out by Affan, Hendra came to approach them. Aira's face looked delighted as she did not have to wait any longer to find out Hana's state. She hoped Hana would be okay.
"Thank God you came. My wife was very curious as to how Hana was doing right now. Is he conscious?" ask Affan.
Hendro's face looked sad. He shook his head quickly before answering Affan's question.
"Mistress Hana's condition is very concerning. He had lost too much blood so his state was critical at the moment. The rare blood type makes it difficult for doctors to find a suitable donor. Almost all hospitals in this city do not have the same blood stock" explained Hendro.
Aira moved her hand then closed her gaping eyes in disbelief at what she had just heard. The worry made him look very sad. If not for saving her maybe Hana would not have suffered this kind of fate.
Affan immediately approached Aira and crouched down before her to calm her down. He knows very well the nature of his wife. Right now he must be feeling very sad and overwhelmed with guilt.
"Never blame yourself for what God has already outlined! Hannah has chosen her own path. All we need to do now is pray for his salvation. Hopefully soon found and suitable for him," entertained Affan.
Aira's tears began to fall on her cheeks. Although previously he had a dispute with Hana but they had reconciled shortly before the arrival of Sintya. Despite Hana's vices, Aira finds her good side that not everyone has.
Affan grabbed Aira's body and hugged her. A pregnant woman must be careful and must be smart to control her emotions. Excessive pain can interfere with the state of the fetus in the stomach and allow early contractions.
After Aira felt a little calm, Affan let go of his embrace and turned to look at Hendro.
"Hendro, please tell the hospital to prioritize Hana. I'll cover the entire medical expenses. No matter how they find a donor for him. Tell me if I'm willing to spend whatever money they ask for" Affan told Hendro.
"Good, Sir. I will go directly to the doctor who is handling it at this time. Excuse me!" pamit Hendro's.
"Hopefully get some good news from them soon" Affan replied.
"Assalamualaik." Hendro saluted before leaving in front of Affan and Aira.
"Wa'alaikum salutations." Affan and Aira answered him simultaneously.
At the same time, the hospital receptionist calls Aira and Affan for an examination. For a moment they forgot about his sadness and had to think about Aira's health as well. The hospital nurse led them into a room.
Affan's possessive nature, not knowing the place. He did not want anyone to touch his wife even though he was in front of her. The nurse immediately moved to the back of the doctor.
Seeing the tension that was going on, the doctor immediately took the initiative.
"Go! I'll call you if I need help." The doctor with the tag name Karina.
"Well, miss," the nurse replied in a calm manner.
Doctor Karina then examined Aira carefully. He doesn't want to make mistakes. Although not an expert expression but he can guess if the current face of a husband and wife is showing an anxiety.
Affan continued to hold Aira's hand to strengthen her. He would not let his tears fall back. At least he expected Aira to keep their baby.
The doctor who examined Aira had finished but he did not announce the results to the two of them. He only asked the nurse to bring Aira into a treatment room. The brief examination that he did will be a reference for the level of care for Aira.
"How are you doing, honey? What are you feeling now?" ask Affan when Aira has been in the treatment room and get help.
Aira looked at Affan with a smile on her face.
"I'm fine, Mas. It's just that I feel really sleepy. Probably the effect of the drugs given by the doctor." Aira's eyelids blinked slowly and looked very sleepy.
Affan grabbed Aira's hand and then kissed her slowly. His heart calmed down a little as he saw that Aira was no longer crying.
"Sleep! I'll take care of you here." Affan rubbed the back of Aira's hand gently.
Aira nodded slowly. He did not want to talk much anymore his eyes were already really very sleepy. In just a matter of seconds he was already soundly asleep.
As he promised, Affan continued to be by his side to accompany. He chose to accompany Aira and put aside his work for some time. Bimo is back to work tomorrow. Affan was sure he could handle everything.
When Aira falls asleep, Affan uses his time to inform Faya and the office man of her disappearance. Not to forget he also sent a message to Bimo and told briefly what happened today. Affan is convinced that Bimo will understand if tomorrow he finds his job in disarray and piles up.
In another room,
Hana is struggling between life and death. He is getting critical. Without the tools attached to his body, maybe his life is no longer helped.
Doctors themselves do not know how long he can survive without the addition of the same blood donor as him. Hana's heart rate also weakened. It could be said, Hendro and the police in late brought him to the hospital.
According to Affan's orders, Hendro told his friend, the owner of the house he lived in. The woman named Bella screamed hysterically when she found out about Hana. He promised to come to the hospital with Hana's two daughters.
