139: The Book of the Five Elements
The two were amazed after reading the first page that contained the list of techniques that were within the Five Elements Book.

The first Wind Element whose place was in a wisp of golden-yellow Clouds above the air of the Soul Realm. Both of them turned their heads and saw the cloud that was above them.
The cloud was named the Wind Core Sacred Cloud. In the book mentioned, both of them had to absorb the extremely pure wind core energy that formed the hundred square meter wide cloud.
The second is to absorb heat energy from the fire element. The absorption of this energy must be done in the magic crater located at the top of the hill called the Fire Core Holy Hill.
The crater is in the eastern part of the Soul Realm. Zhu San and Bian Chi also circulated their gazes towards the east. Both of them saw a small hill a hundred meters high that was another hundred meters away from them.

That energy came from the Earth element that came from the Earth's Core. Both of them had to enter the Earth Core Sacred Cave and absorb the earth element energy there. The cave was to the west of the Yinyang Soul Realm.
The final process of that energy absorption was to absorb extremely cold energy and be twice as cold as the Water Core energy. It was absorbing the Ice Core energy that was within the Ice Core Sacred Cave.
The location of the Ice Core Sacred Cave was to the north of the Soul Realm or where they were now. In the book it is explained that the toughest test for both will be determined naturally in a very cold place.
