266: Qiu Lan Follows the Competition

Grandma Mei Lan asked after they returned to the tavern and sat down one table. Bian chi's face looked gloomy, making Grandma Mei Lan become alarmed.

A Swordsman with a sturdy body and looks the highest among the warriors in line, shouting loudly protesting the committee, who, the moment Qiu Lan advanced to stand behind someone the Swordsman who was about to climb up the stairs of a stage.
“Because we are women and you are men. Do you mind that.” Asked the Fire Phoenix while flowing qi towards his palm.
“Of course we don't mind Beautiful Miss, since you guys are girls, where maybe you guys can open the box. Hahahaha .. “
After insulting them, the man laughed followed by the other participants who were waiting in line.
“After you fail, don't leave first, wait for us. We have fun first. How?” Continue the Man.
Chi Yu's face instantly reddened in anger, while the Fire Phoenix was seen smiling. He did not understand what it meant to have fun so he responded with a smile.

The man's head immediately exploded, after Chi Yu moved his right hand. The atmosphere became chaotic as the man's body fell drenched in blood with a headless body.
The startled Qiu Lan immediately approached them while the guards came to surround them.
After explaining what happened, the atmosphere finally calmed down, the body of the man was immediately taken away. The race continued.
The man in front of Qiu Lan failed to open the box. He descended from the stage on a different side from Qiu Lan who was stepping forward near the table, where the Black Box was located.
“Why does my body react to that box?” Qiu Lan felt his heart thump as another meter was near the table.
“What!!! Quickly tell His Majesty the Emperor!”
Xie Han who that day became the Wandering Leader immediately ordered an officer to call Emperor Liu Feng, upon seeing the Box open when Qiu Lan's hand touched the lid.
A pitch-black smoke immediately shot out from within the Black Box and enveloped Qiu Lan's body. A moment later came the cry of Qiu Lan who was in pain.
“Do not fight the Goddess! Leave it! … Your sealed Spirit Core, will reunite with your Soul!” The Fire Phoenix who knew of this immediately shouted loudly.
Amongst the excruciating pain all over his body, Qiu Lan heard the cry of the Fire Phoenix. He also canceled the plan to drain his qi, against the huge energy that possessed all parts of his body.
Xie Han suddenly got a bad premonition upon feeling an extremely strong energy pressure, radiating from Qiu Lan's body after the entire black smoke disappeared from sight.
“Aura very strong death, Is She the Goddess of Death told by brother Zhu San? If He, even brother Zhu San would not be able to defeat him.”
Xie Han swallowed his saliva as well, when he saw Qiu Lan was pecking at the table. His eyeballs that turned slightly blacker on the white part, were staring intently into the Black Box.

Qiu Lan immediately stuck out her hand after saying so in her mind. A moment later both black bracelets were within his grasp.
Qiu Lan immediately inserted the two bracelets into her wrist. Right after those two black bracelets were on both of his arms something happened to his body.
