Mardinal: The Assassin's Adventure

Mardinal: The Assassin's Adventure
Chapter 29: Being Left Alone, Why?

“Rosa, who's out there?”

A tall man had just walked out of the villa approaching Rosa, Atna, and Mardin. The man had black hair, wore a black t-shirt, and brown trousers. He seemed confused when he saw the existence of Mardin in front of their house.

“Who is this guy?” asked the man while pointing at Mardin. “Kok were kids on the storm?”

“Oh, Mas Irwan?” Rosa turned her head towards the man still while holding her ball. “This, nih. The Mardin…. His nephew Uncle Rom came here for the package you ordered yesterday. You ‘kan had told Uncle Rom to buy...” He also shook his hand. “... What is it. I also forgot.”

“The children were also in the storm because they were told to ngeroyokin Abang,” timpal Atna anyway.

Rosa just smiled awkwardly when touched on the matter of his recklessness earlier, thinking Mardin as a criminal.

“Ooo…. My order package has arrived, huh?” irwan was a little surprised. “This is Mardin, yes?”

Smiling kindly and nodding softly, Mardin replied, “Iya, Bang.” Then he handed me the package box he had delivered. “Dan, this is the package in question.”

“Gosh. Thanks, yeah. So ngerepotin.” Irwan also welcomed the package box. “By the plan I want to go directly to the bar to take this package.”

“Try checking first, Bang. Once the contents do not fit or there is a broken part. Later can be reversed to Uncle Rom,” advice Mardin.

“Oh, okay, okay.”

Irwan put the box on the floor, kneeling there while opening the box. Rosa, Atna, and Mardin also saw what the package contained. Mardin was curious too. Ever since Mardin delivered the package from the bar to this villa, he had absolutely no idea what it contained.

Once opened, they see the contents of the package contain a series of equipment frameworks that have not been installed. It still needs to be assembled in order to be a finished item.

Mardin raises the eyebrow side, knowing very well what objects are in the package. “Trap device?”

“Iya, Mard.” Irwan started checking the device. “Make a trap for Rogue and monsters who want to infiltrate this villa.”

Mardin knew that this type of set of trap devices was indeed used to trap humans and monsters. This trap usually produces a high-voltage sting capable of disabling anyone who touches it. But, if the number of chains is only this package, it will not be enough to be installed around the villa.

“If so much ‘mah device, not enough,” comments Mardin.

“This last device part. The rest is already complete here, just install half.”

Mardin nodded in understanding. Apparently, Irwan already has a complete series of trap devices and has also been installed half around the villa. The one Mardin is delivering is the last part of his device.

After checking the contents of the package and making sure the contents are complete and in good condition, Irwan stood up again while lifting the package box.

“Once again, thank you, Mard, already bother anterin this package,” said Irwan accompanied by a friendly smile. “Oh! Mending you go inside first. You must be tired of this anterine package getting here. In this area is quiet, it is difficult to find our villa even if ‘dah read the full address.”

“Eh, true too!” Rosa agreed to her husband's advice. “Sign in, Mard. Sign in. So it's not good I, from earlier did not have time to invite you in, instead tell the children to gang up on you.”

Mardin scratched his head. “Aduh…. How about it, Bang, Brother. I... must return this to bar.”

“Udah, enter aja. Rest is here. Uncle Rom also would not mind if you stop by at the day,” friendly bargain Rosa again while improving the position of holding her baby.

After insisting on inviting Mardin in, the young man finally obeyed the invitation of the friendly couple. He immediately entered between Rosa and Irwan, while Atna followed behind after finishing closing the villa door.

Upon entering the villa, Mardin was directed to the living room. The room looked quite cluttered by the many toys and packs of food-drinks strewn around every corner.

Realizing that the living room was a mess, Atna and Irwan immediately cleaned it up, while Rosa could not help because she was still holding Lilian.

“Aduh. Sorry if the room is a mess like this,” Rosa said unkindly to Mardin. “Bekas kids played earlier, forgot to get machined. Then you sit down first, yeah.”

“I-iya, Sister Rosa.”

As offered by Rosa, Mardin sat on the plain cream sofa. His blue eyes looked around the entire room. There are about three doors and two paths to the other room in this living room, behind which there is also a ladder to the top floor.

If Mardin approx, this villa is not too large and seems simple, but still enough to accommodate dozens of people.

After finishing cleaning the living room from scattered items, Irwan again brought his package box. “Rosa, I'm back first, yes. Want to directly install this first.”

“No can be installed tomorrow-tomorrow, Mas?” ask Rosa. “There's this Mardin again hosted.”

“Y-yeah, then.”

Once Irwan turned to look at Mardin, giving a smile back. “Excuse me yes, Mard. Sorry if you missed.”

“Nothing, really. I understand that you are busy.”

After saying goodbye, Irwan immediately left the living room while carrying the package earlier.

“Dek Atna.” Rosa called her sister-in-law who had been quieter than that. “You made a drink for Dek Mardin.”

Hearing Rosa's words, made Mardin feel more shy and shy to visit people's homes. “Aduh. Don't bother, brother. Nelen wind so this.”

“Hush! Can't be like that. Get in the wind. A handsome boy like you is not good to have a bloated stomach. Can not be funny if the fit even floating on the surface of the water so the recurrence of the stomach,” joked Rosa. “Mending drinks dikit so that the fatigue is gone. What do you want to drink about?”

“Duh. Don't do it, brother…. So it's not good for me.” Mardin pretended to be shy cat. “But if maksa, yes already, deh. Orange juice, any?”

This is how Mardin did it. He said he was not feeling well, afraid of nicotine. The ends ask for it too.

“Oh! Ada, ada.” Rosa asked Atna. “Bikinin Deck Mardin orange juice, Deck. Just love the cake and nuts that were on the dining table earlier.”

“Good, Brother.” Atna also passed back through one of the paths to the dining room and kitchen.

“Hueeek…! Hueeeek!”

Just left by Atna and Irwan, Lilian suddenly cried in Rosa's arms. So freak out Rosa, where else is Mardin visiting anyway.

“Aduh. Lilian was fussy, again. I think I'm going to sleep, nih.” With a heavy heart Rosa said, “Sorry yes, Deck. I stay awhile, sleep with Lilian first. It's nothing, right?”

Mardin nodded with a smile, “Nothing, Brother.”

Then, Rosa hurriedly went to take Lilian up the stairs to the top floor where her room was.

Now there lived a Mardin, sitting quietly with his trademark plain face without anyone accompanying to talk. A typical mardine is a person who gets bored easily if there are no interlocutors. It feels too lonely left by the residents of this villa. He thought, it seems more mengding ganged children earlier than left alone like this.

“Haaah..” Mardin sighed while propped up by his chin. “Kayak bachelors again weekly night only. Alone, anyway.”

A few minutes of silent living room, quiet, finally came the figure of Atna from the kitchen while carrying a tray containing several glasses of drinks and snacks. The girl was confused to see Mardin alone there. His head was looking for the whereabouts of his sister-in-law.

Atna thought, how could there be a guest left?

In order to break the silence, this shy Atna ventured to ask, “Kak Rosa where?” He walked over to the table, put some drinks and snacks there.

Mardin was shocked when he realized that Atna had come to bring food. He had been daydreaming for a long time because there were no friends to talk to.

“Again his son earlier.”

“Ooo...” Atna simply responded with a nod.

Just as Atna was getting up from the table, about to return to the kitchen to deliver the tray, her hand was intercepted by Mardin's hand. Suddenly the girl was confused by Mardin's actions.

Why hold on like this? Didn't you get hold of it?

“Don't go first, Deck. Here, meet me, yuk.”

Atna narrowed her eyes in wonder. Mardin's call sounded quite ambiguous, as ambiguous as Mardin's previous actions that had made them think of this young man as a venereal criminal.

How come?

How come?

HOWDY?
